I got pedicure and manicure. At first I thought it was a little pricey but it worth every penny.
Best manicure ever, and I like nail art. She is very talented. I definitely recommend it and continue with their service.

I went in today and received a refill with clear pink polish. The polish job on my nails are horrendous. The older man did not polish my entire nail as there are clear and evident spaces on the side that have no polish, and also my thumb nail has a dent in it. Some of my nails are filed shorter than others, it just looks bad. For $48 dollars this was a job of a 16 year old. I paid the money because I do not like to argue and I tip’d, however I will never go back. I tip very well and they will never receive my money again.

the customer service here is absolutely horrendous. i called yesterday and scheduled a pedicure appointment for 10:30. i would have preferred an 1100-11:30 appt but the woman on the phone stated it was too busy around that time. i arrived at 1035, confirmed my appointment and was prompted to sit down at the waiting area. an outraged customer came in around this time, i should took that red flag as a sign and ran right there. i waited patiently for 30min before being seated at my chair, and then another 30min for my gel to be treated for removal. prior to the treatment i asked the lady if i would be able to soak afterwards bc i rather not have my service rushed since they were running behind and she stated that the male tech (the only one working there) would take care of me. she couldnt even give me the color samples to look at knowing there weren’t any in the waiting area. at this point its 11:30 and they weren’t even nearly as busy as they were at 10:30smh. the male tech finally approaches me asking about colors and when i had a question about one he was very rude and provided no insight.i asked him if i would be able to soak my feet and he said he didnt have time for that. once i made my color selection i let him know i wanted the spa pedicure and he claimed he didnt have time for that either because he needed to eat lunch. i would have gotten up and left right there but he had already wiped off majority of the polish i came in with off by then. i proceeded to ask him what was his plan to do and he stated the $47 regular pedi, which he then waited to bump up to $53 at checkout for “removal”. if i was a walk in then maybe i could understand the treatment, but that would never be the case bc i was unable to do so when i tried calling in as a walk in a few days ago. but as a customer WITH an appointment that YOUR establishment affected, there was completely no compromise or care for the inconveniences. maybe you should plan to move more accordingly if u desire to eat lunch, not rush a customer’s service that u showed up an 1hr late to and couldn’t even give the service asked for. i am utterly disgusted at how unacceptable this experience was. please save your time and money and book elsewhere.

After years of searching for a salon that checks all the boxes — great service, beautiful results, and fair pricing — LA Nails has absolutely earned my loyalty. Highly recommend to anyone looking for their go-to nail salon in Dover.

I went there yesterday 3/14/25 for a full set I sat in chair 4 the lady that did them did an amazing job, I loved the set I got gel polish and when I got home later that night I realized my paint was coming off went back this morning she took me right away and fixed the nails that were chipped free of charge I love that I will forever go to her idk her name but her chair is #4

I’m new to the area today was my first time getting my nails done since being in Delaware. I was starting to get a bit discouraged seen I had been to two other nail salons and was turned away. I must say to Beau nail spa and Lovely Nails thank you from the time I called LA Nails til the time I walked in the service was Impeccable!!! The guy who did my nails listen to my needs and wants and meet all requirements exceedingly, I will most definitely return here for my nails service the 45 min drive was well worth it and My money was spent with a smile . Thanks LA Nails for your Processional Service.

This was such a pleasant experience. I had taken my daughter to get her nails done for the first time. They really took their time with her, and made it a wonderful experience with her as well. This was my first time getting my nails done since becoming disable. I appreciate how accommodating they were. They gave us exactly what we asked for. I definitely plan to continue coming to La Nails.

Got dip nails. They are too chunky and uneven. She cut my nails shorter on one hand than the other. She cut me with the sanding tool and put some green liquid on the cut, but when doing so, both times, she touched the tip of the bottle on my blood... not very sanitary.
