We just moved in to our new house and there are boxes everywhere. We received a partial delivery of the items we ordered and with all the confusion we overlooked a bunch of issues. We contacted the store and have gotten no response from anyone who can make a decision. I don't want furniture repaired as I didn't pay for it with faulty dollar's.We spent over $11000.00 at the Dover store.I'm looking forward to a positive response/outcome.I will keep this situation updated.

Our customer service rep Mark O’Day was wonderful he was courteous he was kind he was very knowledgeable and very professional. He was very patient and helpful and we got exactly what we wanted. We will contact him when we are ready to get more furnishings for our new home.

We purchased a couch and chair set in late December, 2023. When the couch was delivered, it already had issues and failed to operate. After being notified that could take over 90 days for parts and repair, I complained in a survey. They were very responsive and brought us a new couch. After only two days with the replacement couch, the replacement failed as well and our couch has been stuck reclined on one side for the last five months.

I recently stopped at this store and was greeted when we walked in by a gentleman named Larry Stocks. I have been in sales for thirty years and I am very aware when a company has trained salesman to stay with their customer. I definitely put off a vibe that I didn’t want to be hounded I just wanted to look. Mr. Stocks as a veteran salesman picked up my vibe gave us a little layout of their huge store and gave me room to walk around and look. He appropriately checked on me once he saw us inspected a particular recliner for a long period of time…. I bought four of them!! I was not planning on buying anything that day but because of Mr Stocks ability to let me look and at the correct time helping me. We Bought!!! Larry Stocks should be teaching the others the art of selling. Nice job Mr. Stocks!!! Thanks

We made a purchase from this company. This company is charging $159.00 delivery fees and the more you spend, the more it will cost for delivery. Furniture prices are terribly high as it is. However, we shopped many places and did not find what we needed, but Janosiks had what we needed. When we talked about the delivery charge, the saleperson did say if we wanted the furniture, we had to pay the delivery fee or pick it up ourselves, rather nonchalantly and we felt rushed. Honestly, if we weren't in great need, I would have gone elsewhere.

Do Not Purchase from this store! Store Manager tried to RIP ME OFF!!Purchased a sectional had a horrible experience with the guy Manager/Mike. He was rude at times on the phone. Sales person Ms. Barbara was very helpful really nice lady.Update! Unfortunately is not good & very concerning! Manager by the name of Adam reached out to offer a solution of a gift card but tried to force us into buying more stuff from their already shady store! He claimed he was trying to get in touch with me & left a voice mail saying he will call at 12 noon on the upcoming Saturday. I’m not surprised he never called I called and left another msg he never responded!My advice is to stay clear from buying anything from this store with this name anywhere! Their Glen Burnie store kept apologizing to me for being mistreated & basically if I didn’t know how to count money the shady manager mentioned before would have received way more then what I was purchasing!What is this world coming to? Poor customer service & taking advantage of a cash paying customer!!!!!!!!Go somewhere else! They are shady!UPDATE! Manager who contacted me played games back & forth & then never replied to me again! STAY AWAY FROM THIS FURNITURE!!!! THEY ARE RIPPING PEOPLE OFF & DO NOT APPRECIATE THEIR CUSTOMERS!!!!

Just left Johnny Janosik’s Dover store and was helped by a sales consultant named Mark. ‘This was our 5th stop looking for just the right piece of furniture in the desired color and he was super helpful and worked with me to find the perfect match and with a bonus, it was on sale!! He was very patient with me and we walked all over the store while he showed me different options to choose from. Kudos to Johnny Janosik for hiring superb sales consultants!

We purchased a new mattress and adjustable frame today and our salesman Mark was amazing!! He answered every question, was very patient and had a great personality!! If you need to make any purchases, ask for Mark!!!!
