I don't really go here often, but when I do, I tend to be able to find just what I'm looking for.
Admittedly, I only really come here for one kind of fabric for making chokers, but even so, it's a nice and convenient spot for finding a whole range of fabrics for your needs. There's no shortage of it throughout the store, along with the supplies that you'll need for a project. Seems to be a very good place for those who are into quilting and maybe even making clothes (I'm not keen on the process of clothes making, however, so please don't quote me on that).

Very kind staff that will help you even if its your first time in a store like this! I took someone here in August to shop for fabric for costume making and they helped us decide on how much fabric to get and didn’t judge me for carrying a box from Domino’s Pizza in the store.

During my visit to this store, I experienced poor customer service. At the check out line, I waited for the forwarding customer ahead of me to be rung up. The cashier Ashley completed the customer's transaction then started a lengthy conversation, ignoring the customer, myself, who was waiting in line. As the conversation went on, it became personal as it related to their tattoo meanings.Since I was in a hurry, I politely waved the cashier down to get her attention. Ashley told me, "That's very disrespectful, we're having a conversation and you need to be patient." For an employee, it's not appropriate to tell a customer to be patient. After asking if there was another employee available to ring me up, which there was, I was told to be patient again. My experience was so demeaning that I returned to the store to get a refund. By that point, I didn't feel that location valued its customers. Hopefully, this will not happen to another customer in the future.

I really like shopping at this Joanns store. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable about their merchandise. Its a smaller store, but they had exactly what I needed.

This a small, older JoAnns. Mostly fabric. Yarn. I was looking for quilt fabric and found a very limited selection. Didn't purchase.

What a great assortment of fabric and tools for crafting. Employees are very polite and eager to help with any questions. I'm decoupaging plates and was able to get christmasfabriv at 70% off.

Joann's: great sale prices, large variety of product and knowledgeable employees. I embroider, sew, refurbish furniture, and generally do tons of crafts, and Joann's has everything you need for those projects. Joann's fabric selection is extensive. They have sewing machines, everything you may need for the machine, and embroidery machine supplies as well. I have spoken with four of their employees, and each one was knowledgeable. A couple of them even asked about my project and gave advice, which was so nice!

This is still the best in-person store too find the best selection of fabrics.A few years ago I might not have said anything about their seasonal decor, but in the last 3 years, I've really liked their items. No one else had them, their bottom-line price (after the "discount") was fair, and I've bought items for myself and as gifts for others.Craft supplies... most of the time I can find what I need here. But since it's a smaller store than other big chain craft stores, there are times when they have not carried what I needed.I feel that all 3 of the big name craft stores seem to be comparable with craft prices... sometikes a little more, sometimes a little less.

Seriously understaffed and seriously overpriced. Perhaps they could use some of their profits to pay better.
