You can’t get ahold of anybody here. Every time you call you’re greeted by rude front desk employees who don’t help at all. I’ve went in there multiple times, gave them all the info they needed in person to keep my benefits from being cancelled, yet they still send a letter saying they didn’t get the information when they literally have all the info. I’ve called almost everyday the past couple weeks and the front desk people never answer the phone. When they do, they send you to someone that goes straight to voicemail, and you never get a call back. I’m not sure what’s going on in this building but everyone needs to get fired and hire people that actually want to help people with state services. This place is really horrible.

I would rate this 0 stars if I can!! They won't let me open the pdf so I can see my covid results!! I tried calling them about 5 times and all they can say was "we've sent it there's nothing they can do", terrible service!! They told me on the phone that I was negative but their email won't let me see for proof if that was true. If I was really positive I would have spreader it to other people but I couldn't know cause they won't let me open my test results myself. I'm very upset!

best socail service office in delaware, the staff is friendly respectful and helpful!! they process paperwork fast and in a timely fashion and are not hesitant to help you when needed they treat the clients politely and with respect. ???

When I was there a few months ago they cut my GA and Tanf after being in the hospital with my newborn. When they cut my Tanf. I went in and asked how I'm suppose to buy my daughter diapers and what she needs. Just to hear "I can't answer your question". Now I have to figure out a way to take my daughter's dad off my case to get my benefits back.
