This company has wrongfully towed my vehicle from my apartment complex on 2/4/23. My car was parked in a legal parking space in my apartment complex and it was towed. This is horrible business!

These guys are crooks. They prey on people they view as low income individuals. Then become rude when you challenge them.I returned home after working 12 hours overnight, I am a civilian employee of a law enforcement agency, to find the suv that I had just driven prior to starting my shift gone. After calling around I found out these crooks had towed it from the apartment, I rent until my house is built, supposedly for expired tags. I, eventually, get them on the phone and they say they will be at their lot in 30 mins. Claiming they stickered the vehicle several days ago. They show up over an hour later and even though I prove the vehicle is tagged and find no stickers on the car he demands $325 to drive it away. He begins to threatening to lock me in with the car when I begin taking pictures & and taking my tag.Back at the apartment, I explain to the property manager what happened & he calls them. They proceeded to lie saying that I stormed into the lot, took the tag & left without talking to anyone. And they have no idea why I was upset but if I drive back over they will give me my car.When I returned the guy laughs in my face, then berates me & tries to insult my appearance. What kind of man treats a woman that way? He got caught trying to scam someone out of their hard earned money then acted like an toddler when it didn't work out.I'd be wary of any service these people offer. They intentionally go after people they think are vulnerable and won't call them on their crooked ways.

I was helping my dad out, working over night as extra hands, on a road crew. Luckily, I was raised doing this work & know to keep my head on a swivel even when inside barreled road closures.Tow truck comes flying through on the one open lane while I'm in the 1ft space between machinery & the barrels. He had to drive up over the curb of the median to keep from hitting the barrels where there was a weird jog in the closure.You'd think someone who also might find themselves working near dangerous traffic situations would be more responsible around other workers.

My Car was towed , went to pick up car Dylan Wilson was very unprofessional, had an attitude which including talking to you with sarcasm trying to engage you in a verbal confrontation. Very rude with no manners and no compassion toward the customer. No knowledge on customer service or morals. Would rate a zero but option is not available. They prey on under low income families living in subsidized apartments.Service: Car towing

This business does not deserve a rating. Who yells and cusses at a 73 year old woman, because she is trying to remove her belonging out of her car. The male truck driver should be a shame of himself and need to show respect! VERY RUDE!!

We needed cars removed from our property and I called Dave and his crew. They were professional and fast!!! They kept me up todate the whole time with when they would do it to how it went. He never complained and was nice as could be even when the situation go crazy!!! You want good service and good people to help don’t hesitate call Dave and j hook for all your needs!!! Fast and honest service. The owner is a straight shooter and is more than willing to go above and beyond for his customers. Prices are fair, and if you can get a better part or price elsewhere, you'll be directed there from here. An excellent garage and mechanics

Interesting concept....storage fees initially were not supposed to be charged, but when we came to pick the vehicle up, MAGICALLY, the fee was $75 a day?! Hmmmmm....is your secretary pocketing the cash? She was told it was one price before we left, then when she got here it was $25 more than what she was initially told on the phone two hours ago. Way to take advantage of my friend who is a single mom. Zero stars if I could.

They drive around apartment complexes lookingfor cars to steal. These people are complete low life’s. Stay away from their shop and if you see one of their trucks make sure your car is secured. This is a racket and should be illegal.
