“I recently went in to the Xfinity in Dover DE wirh issues with my phone I went in before noon and did not wait very long I had the best tech/ salesman, Bernard Keys Jr. I had been thinking of upgrading my phone. He explained the issues with my phone so I did upgrade to the S24 and with their great deals was able to get a samsung watch and My monthly cost is a very reasonable price. Bernard was wonderful and guided me through the process he was so patient with me as I am not all that tech savvy. He is a real asset to Comcast!

They are prompt, have more employees, friendly, and the environment is inviting. Wait times may be long on some occasions, however, they do have employee coverage to service your needs unlike smaller Verizon stores with 2 ppl and much longer wait times. More service needs can be met at this particular store.”
