Kinda wish I can give them zero outta five stars but cant. They had my car there for 2 weeks just for them to fix a couple of things. I literally had to be there for them to continue fixing my car. The owner tried to brush me off due to the fact that not only am I a young lady but also that I dont know anything about cars. He also tried to tell me that I should come back at 6:30 for my car knowing that they close at 5. It gotten to the point where both my parents had to come up and speak to them. Plus the guy I bought my car off of. Horrible customer service. No apologies was made for taking 2 weeks to fix my car. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one

Dishonest and a ripoff! gave me a price on a service then charged me more than double the price agreed on. A dishonest business is a bad one.

The absolute worst tire place I’ve ever been to in my life!!!! They give nothing but bad tires and then the owner makes excuses for his crooked services!!! Do not go to this place it’s not worth it!!! The owner is extremely bad at communicating with customers and does not understand customer service!! he is just looking for a come up in every second!!! Many of his own employees have agreed that he is crooked and money hungry!!!! Manager Tyron Is a great employee and should be the owner but it still does not change with the bad business!!! They sell tires that are unsafe for the road, so please do not spend money with them!!!! They never replaced a used tire I bought from them that was bad!!! And they tried to make me buy a new one for almost full price, even though their tire was messed up!!!! I came back three times within the same month that I bought the tire and they kept telling me it was OK and kept putting the same tire back on my car!!! CROOKED!!!

I went there looking for used tires and they had the exact size which is hard to find at many other used tire shops. Reasonable price and they were willing to even move one of my tires to the rear to be able to put the ones I just bought in the front.

The worst auto repair shop I’ve ever experienced. Had an entire diagnostic from a different shop and told these guys exactly what the other shop told me. There was a very loud noise coming from my car and they said they’d do another diagnostic for free to determine the issue. They told me what was wrong with my car and I gave them the okay to repair only to not hear from them for 5 days and when I finally called they said they’d ordered the wrong part. Only for them to not even replace what they said they would replace. I had my car for four days! For the same sound to start up again. I went back for them to “show me” the problem and if you did a whole entire diagnostic for this specific issue that I came in for, why was that not looked at and repaired in the first place? They told me they’d fix this whole separate issue for an additional $500. Once again they had my car for almost a week and “ordered the wrong part”. I picked up my car yesterday and I now have a locked steering wheel. After all the money I have given them, this is unacceptable.

I was in dire need of a tire; I drove on a Donut from west Chester Pa and took a chance on Gill Brothers. I was assisted promptly and greeted plus the cost didn’t break the bank. I would definitely go back to patronize this establishment

I went in to get new tires. Great tires, great price, fast and respectful. No appointment needed, no delays, while serving other customers, the manager stepped up to assist and do the job. These people mean business. I love it.

It was worth the travel. Other places are becoming too busy but never thought about coming here even after someone recommended them to me. My visit was a pleasant surprise. I will return to get my front tires next.
