We had the misfortune of getting a flat tire on our way home from our beach vacation. The team at Furr’s responded to our call quickly and fixed and replaced the tire so fast-no questions asked. The staff were all friendly, helpful, and honest. As an added bonus, there is an extra special office dog named Gauge who helped to keep my daughter relaxed and entertained through the whole ordeal! Highly recommend if you’re ever in need of these services and more.

Work on Dover AFB. Dropped my Jeep off today to get my brakes serviced/changed. Tom called a little bit later once they got to my vehicle and let me know the service and how much it would cost, and I told them let’s get it done. They had it ready by the end of day and did a great job, no issues! They also pointed out some other issues they recommended to get taken care of, which I was already tracking before going there, but it was nice for them to point it out. Great team working there. I’ll be back for future work.

One word that describes this business ... integrity. I recently experienced some braking issues, and after an inspection (no cost), it was determined that I needed to replace my pads, rotors, etc. The work was done in a timely manner, and I'm confident that it was done at a fair and reasonable price.

The crew at Furr’s are the best! Besides always providing great routine service for our vehicles, they went out of their way to help us when we experienced a problem with our truck just as we left for a month long camping trip. It’s hard to find businesses you can trust now days, but Furr’s is surely one of them.
