They are very caring in the treatment of my dog and work with us in many ways. They are flexible with scheduling and have an in house groomer that is wonderful.

I am so blessed to have this hospital and Dr. Gaines for my fur babies! They are the most kindest, sweetest, caring and supportive vet hospital ever. They make this board every single time we go for a visit and it is my favorite thing ever!!

Dr. Pierce and the entire office are amazing! My daughters service dog was having seizures and they were the only ones that would answer the call and see him. They were waiting for him when we got there and was able to care for him within minutes.

I was excited to take my cat to this practice after reading all the great reviews but sadly, this place doesn’t seem to be all that it’s cracked up to be. Months ago my husband made an appointment for my cat to get his breathing problems diagnosed and treated, they only had an opening in July and he quickly accepted it. They called (June 9th?) leaving my husband a voicemail stating that a spot is available on June 13th and my cat could be seen sooner if we wanted. My husband never confirmed this potentially new appointment as we were on vacation for my birthday and phone calls/VM’s were not a priority until we got home a week later - we also assumed these people were knowledgable and wouldn’t cancel our existing appointment for a new one without our confirmation-.
Now it’s July 10th, my husband calls to confirm the time for my cats upcoming appointment and he’s informed that no appointment exists and there’s a “missed appointment” balance of $50 and change on his account. Immediately he knows something isn’t right and starts looking for proof of what happened and ends up relocating the VM of the staff calling to see if it was okay to bump my cat’s visit up (that he never called back and agreed to) and realizes that they must’ve canceled his July appointment for the June one without permission. My husband calls back, explains this to the front desk and says he never called back to say that it was okay to move the appointment . She says she’ll call back and when she does she states that he still needs to pay the $50 and change for the “missed appointment” in June. Sounds very scammy to me. Never in my life have I ever had a front desk call to see if they could move an appointment and actually DO IT WITHOUT CONFIRMATION/PERMISSION, and this is coming from someone who used to work front desk. We have RECEIPTS of this whole thing and yet they stand firm in their blatant error. I’m glad y’all had a good experience at this vet but wow, I’m shocked at how this was handled.

I have been taking all 7 of my animals here since we moved here 14 years ago. They are wonderful. All the vets are very caring and loving to the animals and clients. I have NEVER experienced anything but kindness from them. In the past 5 months we have had to put down 2 of our cats. They were so gentle and loving towards them. The were respectful with her and made sure we had enough time time to say goodbye and we were never rushed in our goodbyes. I will never take my animals anywhere else.

Took my sweet girl in to have a suspicious lump checked, so naturally I was super anxious. Dr. Henry and the vet tech, Kasey were absolutely amazing taking care of both of us. Their kindness and support during a time of great fear will not be forgotten!
