If i could give it 0 stars i would.Truckers, their delivery door is in the front of the plaza, not the rear alley, on the side of their store where Ollies is located. Good luck, I've been here twice, theyve been 45 min late both times.As far as the store goes on the inside, from my 5 minutes inside, the employees care more about who is talking to them on their cell phone than they do the customers in front of them.

Terrible customer service at this Family Dollar! Not a pleasant personality working there at all. Maybe it was just a bad day for them. They need to do better.

I was returning an un used item. I parked 20 feet from store in designated parking, entered store and said hi. The gentleman at register noted I carried a FAMILY DOLLAR BAG and said your returning something? I said yes, I didn't need it. He called manager (Auth # 1278275). She arrived quickly, however she was playing loud music on her person somehow, maybe a phone. She DIDNT turn It off to assist me, but left it ON. I tried to be pleasant, thanking her for her help. She completed return process. I asked them both as I tried to hand them the now empty FAMILY DOLLAR paper bag which had a small hole in corner, to throw it away. You see, I saw a waste basket behind the counter. She immediately told me no, there's a can outside the door. I looked outside the door, and there was NO CAN. the ONLY CAN I SAW was at least 150 feet down along the walkway in front of the stores. My car was 20 feet in front of store. I have a bad hip. So I placed it in one of the store baskets by the door.She had the NERVE to come out and HOLLER at me WITH the bag in her hand, POINTING at the can 150 feet down the sidewalk. I was already 5 feet from my car. When I waved and said no thank you, she dropped it on the sidewalk and went back in the store.....a customer approaching took the bag to the can and threw it away.My question is THIS: is THIS behavior of a MANAGER the way you want your stores represented ? VERY DISAPPOINTED CUSTOMER.

Very poor management and customer service. I called in about a product that stopped working to see if I can exchange it. I admit, I do not have a receipt, but the lady tells me I can exchange at best, but the last product was stolen by a kid. Then she accused me as the one who stole it before she hung up the phone. I called back and explained to her that you can't make outlandish assumptions like that. She was understanding, but that's still unacceptable. Not only am I not a child, I am a teacher within the capital school district. What do I look like stealing?
