East Coast Flair was opened by Dee Ford, who with 35 years of experience, founded the salon in December of 2014. Dee previously owned a salon in Arizona for 15 years, and moved to DE to expand her operations. Once established in DE, Dee was being called to open a salon here, and soon realized that her passion extended beyond just customers, but also the training of other hair stylist. “I wanted a friendly, yet professional environment where my passion and creativity had no bounds. I strive to provide the customer and staff an environment that is peaceful in a beautiful setting,” expressed Dee in an interview. Dee prides herself on the evolution of the salon, education of the stylists, and consumer satisfaction.
