Dale is amazing! I can’t say enough how grateful I and my bandmates are for him. We were on tour and had a guitar repair that we needed done immediately. Dale went out of his way, as well as above and beyond to get the repair done and the guitar packed safely and in an Uber down to Ocean City MD so we could play our gig. Yes, guitar took an Uber. Not to mention the cool old school music store vibes that this store has. You just don’t find that these days. Thanks again Dale! We’ll stop by and see you when we are back in the area.

I've always loved this place. I got my first saxophone here. I've bought two guitars here. And now I'm buying my daughter her first violen here. Great prices and very knowledgeable and awesome staff.

What a joke. Never in my life has anyone told me I had to leave my personal belongings at the counter or in my car to shop. “Guess you didn’t see the sign” the guy says. Another young kid employee told me “sorry I’m back here talking to you, it’s store policy that I have to follow you” Dork manager or owner more worried about people stealing rather than try to sell them product

First time in the Dover store, and it was a very pleasant experience. Had nice selection of guitars. We ended up buying a beautiful Ibanez Semi-hollow guitar; this guitar is awesome. The owner was very patient with us as we tried a lot of guitars. He gave us a great deal and purchased the guitar same day. Looking forward to dealing with this store again.

I called for a possible internship opportunity for my school summer project since I plan on pursuing a career in music education. I asked to speak with the store manager and the employee said he was not in at the moment. Usually I am asked for my information after this to give to the store manager but he didn’t ask so as anyone else I offered if he could give my information to him. The employee then hung up on me in my face. I believe his name was John but I did not appreciate this experience at all.
