My experience at this location was appoling. I was already upset from losing someone in my family. I had stopped at this location to grab a few items. The ladies working where already gathered around each other talking. I continued to walk through grab what I needed. The atendent was not at there post. I asked a simple question nicely .Wich of the register I can go to. As they were still talking in their circle. I was unserten wich to go to. The manager snapped at me saying it's the one with the light on are you blind in a very rude manner. My hart broke because there are people out there that are color blind only see light gray or dark gray. Or those who are blind. I feel sorry for that stablishment. That's how your employs. Manager most talk and treat customers. Very rudely and with disrespect.

So is their really a reason people can't go in the freezer if they're is carts in the way. Do you dollor three workers really think people just come in there to buy dry food and drinks . People go to the dollar threes because some people cant afford other places and some white lady who worked there mind you she had head phones in ... listening to music yelled at me and told me to stay out the freezers i was like how the hell do you want me to get my food because I've never had any problems like this before with any other dollar threes put the dam carts in places where people aint getting there food or into storage. They're was only one nice kind black lady they're I hope she gets a raise.

I've been to Dollar Trees everywhere, Delaware, New Jersey, Virginia, etc... by far the one here in Dover on S. Bay Rd is the nicest and cleanest I've ever been in. They had everything I needed also. They people there were so nice. As long as I live in this area I'll always shop in this store 1st. Ladies I can't think of enough good words to say. Both hands clapping for everyone that works in your store. Other Dollar Trees employees to come work in your store for a while and pickup your good work ethics. 👏

I was shoping for awhile, all i could hear is nasty music coming from phones from multiple staff members. They seemed to be more worried about gossip then business.07/13/25

This stores allow their works to disrespect customers and try to fight customers with no type of consequences. Than when you try to call corporate they ban together to try to keep you from reporting them.

They have very unique items however some Things are very deceiving in the way that they merchandise. Looking like you're getting a cluster of things to find out if the counter you're not Needs to be Better signage and packaging instead of being dishonest..
