Says they close at 9pm and verified, but door is locked at 8:10pm no note or anything

The new manager is not professional at all. She closes the store more than its open. Every time I go there its closed. There's a lot expired food and it's a dirty messy Store. All the employees that were there or now gone but one. Not good Dollar general you can do better.
