The sewing machine maintenance service is fantastic.! They were able to get ride of a noise even the janome factory couldn't identify! I also love their bucket of scraps bin. I get so many cool bits of fabric for strip piecing.

This place is amazing! From the employees to the owners, you will not find a place of business that cares more about its customers. Their selection of merchandise is incredible and I find something new each time I stop in. They have amazing classes with awesome teachers. They never make you feel bad asking questions and are always willing to help you find a solution to any problem or project. Everyone there is knowledgeable and friendly. They are constantly getting in new, high quality fabrics and supplies. They even ordered me items they happened to be out of stock on. I'm being sincere with all my comments. :) You can't go wrong supporting this small business.

Employees and customers belittled by a loud mouth know it all version of Porky Pig. Must be an owner since she didn’t care. Maybe missed a meal that day? Also, totally wrong on how to fix my issue. Bought the part and replaced it in less than five minutes at home.

Didn’t have much serger thread even though I called and asked. Didn’t have any quilted fabrics (only one cream) even though i asked when I called. Disappointed

I had a singer sewing machine a friend gave me and something was going wrong with the bobbin. I tired to figure it out but couldn't. I found Delaware sewing company and it came with great reviews. I took my singer there today and was educated on what was wrong with it and a price to fix it but they also explained that it really wasn't worth fixing as there was no guarantee that it wouldn't happen again. The ladies there showed me some new and better models that came with a warranty and a free class. Debbie showed me how to use it and all its features. I wasn't happy with having to buy a new machine but I am thrilled with now having a machine that will work when I sit down to use it. ❤
