They have the slowest pharmacy service and they always seem to have trouble finding prescriptions. Hire more staff, this is ridiculous!

Since you can't get a human being on the phone, I made 4 trips to drug store on Forrest St in Dover for a prescription they claim they never received. They got the first one but said it was missing a quantity. That's why I'm sure doctor's office had the correct info to get it to them. Three return visits to the doctor's office and as many more tries by them to submit the script and still, CVS says they didn't receive anything. Now, 5 days after the initial submittal of the script, I have to leave the country without the prescription. On top of that, on one of my trips to the store, I tried to make another purchase but after 5 minutes, no cashier was in sight, so I left the item and walked out. Won't be using CVS again anytime soon!

One of the slowest pharmacy’s I have ever been to, you fill your prescriptions and they take a week+ to be filled and leave you with none till they decide to do it, they don’t even answer the phone they have a voicemail that they never return the calls for and when you say something it’s sorry we are busy so am I but I still have to go out of my way to fight for me meds every month I will definitely be switching to Walgreens after the same headache every month! They just all sit and chit chat and laugh in the back and don’t care to actually do what they are being paid for, save yourself the headache and go somewhere else

My wife has been trying to get her prescription filled for the past week or two and they have not had a pharmacist at their location. At least that’s what they claim. They tell us you have to call, you can’t come in but then when you call they’re supposed to get back with you within an hour and they never do and this is unacceptable. My wife needs her prescription. If anything happens to my wife, there will be a lawsuit. Her doctor can’t even put the prescription anywhere else because they need to fill it first. After she gets her medicine, we are never coming back here.

Would leave ZERO stars if I could. The pharmacy is ridiculous. So, so slow. Zero customer service. Zero sense of urgency. People could literally DIE waiting in line for prescriptions. One poor woman running around filling orders while 10 fools stand in back doing apparently NOTHING.

I can most always find what I need here. I pick up my prescriptions from this cvs monthly.

Called in RX at 10 am. Received a text stating it would be ready at 1pm. At 4pm I arrived at store to pick up prescription. Was informed I could wait or come back and it would be ready in 30 mins. Came back 30 mins later and waited in line for 42 mins before I could get my prescription. If I didn't need ot today I would have left and changed pharmacies today.

Called to have my prescription transfered to this store. 1 week later my husband stops by to check on the status of the transfer. Never happened. I told husband let me talk to the pharmacist. She refused to talk to me. So I called rite aid. They did the transfer smoothly. Wouldnteven by a pack of gum from them.

This location's pharmacy department is severely lacking. You call the pharmacy and they NEVER pick up the phone and if you leave a voice-mail they NEVER call you back. Also, if you go there, you wait on a long line and the drive up window is randomly closed from time to time.

Once again, the store is under stocked. The staff is wonderful and so helpful and friendly, but the CVS corporate goal seems to be to starve the stores to try to move people towards ordering online. Another way to put people out of work.

A worthless store. I took a rapid antigen test on June 13 and they promised I would receive results in 2 hours. I needed the test so I could travel to Colombia, South America. It is now almost twenty-four hours later and I still have not received them and do you think I can get a real person to talk to? I don't know what I'm going to do when I get to Colombia this evening and still don't have my test results. I've been going around and around with the recorded message only to hear "the pharmacies voice mail box is full". DO NOT USE THIS STORE IF YOU ARE IN NEED OF TRUSTWORTHY SERVICE. I spent $69.99 on a test that is worthless if they don't give me the results.

The retail portion is well organized and well stocked with a large selection. The products tend to be priced much higher, so the store Extra care card or Carepass are essential for coupons and discounts. The pharmacy tends to be understaffed with limited hours, long lines, and long waits. I have received prescriptions filled incorrectly on multiple occasions, many times having encountered out of stock medications that need to be ordered. Oftentimes, not arriving as promised, requiring multiple return trips.
