As much as I love CVS sometimes it’s a headache because everything you need seems to need an associate due to being under lock and key… I know it’s due to stealing but you still have self check out… make it make sense

I can only comment on the pharmacy at this location, but I honestly believe the application form requires proof of poor customer service skills to apply. I wish I could say the horrid service you get here was a one off or just a certain individual but it's 100% consistently the worst service you'll get anywhere. Really too bad when you consider the service is for people who are there for important issues and could be already stressed or physically hurting. It's like salt in the wounds. Poor service at this level is a choice and COULD be addressed if they wanted to.

No way to call and speak to a person only to leave a msg and hope they call back "in a few business hours". Joke. They also don't care to call you if there is an issue with the script, despite specifically telling them to call and/or text updates and verifying my number on file. Waste of time. If you need your medicine in a timely manner, avoid this place like the plague!!!

This place is a mess. Rx had ppl waiting in line and closed for lunch as if ppl weren't using their lunch to pick up the medicine they need. Then they wouldnt answer questions about a text they were sending me and were rude about it. Then I tried to purchase a product with a price tag on it for 19.11 but it rang up for more than 42.00. Rx would not address the issue and told me to go to the front. I get that. The ppl in front told me it wasn't a price it was just a store number and acted as if I should know that. So unnecessarily rude. I left it there. I need a new pharmacy. In looking at the reviews I see this is not a new situation. Why don't they fix it?

My family & I stopped here for water & Red Bull, & my 2 children & boyfriend went inside while I waited in the car with our GSD. My children & bf used the bathroom while inside, & when I went inside to also use the bathroom I asked the counter person, which my boyfriend said I should do. The counter person- Marissa- told me there was no available bathroom. I went into CVS less then 5 minutes after my family. I guess the bathroom was only available for them.

Pharmacy is slow and unprofessional waiting at the window for 30Minutes and no one has even said they are there and it’s 6 pm smh

The worst pharmacy I have ever had to deal with not only do they short me on my medications they remove refills from online account. It’s a constant debate on my meds I don’t have time for this nonsense the machine always miscounts my meds it’s their responsibility to give an accurate count. Then I have to go through to their voicemail system to receive a callback and then I dont get a callback most of the time. Instead of filing my refill when needed they cancel them just a horrible pharmacy something needs to be done proper management would be a good start! Off to find another pharmacy!

I am a dialysis patient and I need my medication on a daily basis. This particular store pharmacy never has the med ready to be picked and it stays in the in process stages for days on in. Also they do not fill prescriptions when the doctor calls then in a timely manner.
