Before Covid, I called multiple times for a week, then someone finally answered. I had a blow-out which was good, trimmed more than I wanted but still nice. Now I've been calling for 2 weeks and no one answers, and you can't leave a message, it just rings. Not sure if they're still open for business because I call during working hours or just lax.Service: Hairstyling

I have wiry 4C hair. I came here a few years ago and I left with damaged and limp hair. I was sat under a dryer for far too long and then they proceeded to blow dry my hair by hand and then had the nerve to flat iron it. I cut my hair off after dealing with them. Also I had came in for a relaxer and the hairstylist got upset and refused the service. I should of just left but I've definently never came back.

The braiding is wonderful!!! no pain and last long and promotes hair growth. The only problem was that I attended there 3 times and when I called to make an appt they never answered!! I called everyday for week and they have just never answered.
