I went there to only find out the ad in the Guide was not true. The Guide stated you could but as little as 295 down, but they was asking me for 4k. When I asked about in house finance they told me I would still need 3k and there was only 2 cars to choice from.

I got a car from here. Veronica told me the car I got was good on gas which was a complete lie. I had the car only 4 months nd it has problems that I have to pay for. My car has a dent they wouldn’t pull out but I took it cuz I needed a car. I would not recommend this place to get a car. The car fax isn’t even fully accurate

Came in to purchase my daughter her first car.Bobby took care of us and was upfront bout everything. Very professional with the process as she listened to everything being said. I purchased a 13 Dodge avenger for her and the price was fair with a Carfax up front without asking. I would recommend anyone to go here!

Initially good, but car is now iffy at best, and they did not come through providing HP tags, or explaining why they couldn't. And we paid extra for that (non) service. Not happy.

Never again will I buy a car from this place again! They are crooks that sell faulty cars and when something goes wrong they act like it's nothing they can do. This was my first time buying a car and it's a complete nightmare! I wouldn't recommend a soul to go here

this dealership just as bad as Matilda dad dealership. . the only thing lower quality than their vehicles is their warranty! dont go here at any cost !! they will sell you a lemon, slap on a warranty that covers absolutely nothing for two years, then send you on your way ! DONT GO HERE

The staff lie! The manager in the office is very judgmental of its patrons. Assumes the worst. She thinks a 5 minute test drive is suffice. It takes a good 20 mins or more for check engine light to come on. She assumes all customers must have bad credit. Which we do not! We had a time crunch for a business adventure otherwise we would have went else where. That manager leaves a bad taste in your mouth! The manager needs to go! Update....the staff lie! The company they put you through for financing does not allow you to pay ahead to save interest. They lied only full pay off!

They have good customer service from when I went but they sold me a lemon car. A car that looked great until the warranty was up and you had to pay for everything out of pocket. My back breaks were completely stripped and every bolt was tightened to the max causing more damage.

Do not believe the reviews for Car Zone good or bad. Go there and you will know if they are for you. They didn't treat me as a good customer. I drove a truck and it was damaged so I don't think they service vehicles first. The steering was crooked. I was then left outside standing do it didn't take me long to get the hind. They service who they want. I jumped in myand had the best used car respect sales ever, so go on over to Car Mart oh and the vehicle is service before sales car and call Care Mart back.
