The technician only had to take a look at the screen of my 65" Samsung TV to let me know it may last a little while but the screen can't be repaired and will ultimately die. Not what I wanted to hear but suspected. The tech was knowledgeable and very nice. Can't fault the messenger for delivering the bad news.

Randy got my tv up and running in a timely manner. My tv picture quality is better than ever. I would definitely call again if I have another tv issue
