I was accused of theft by someone named Green that is a theft prevention employee! Green is African American and he claimed he my kind because I am African American. I had Green call the supervisor and white supervisor did not correct Green in how he address me and situation. I never stole anything and Green could not prove it. Green first excuse is that I put the item in my pocket and then toke it?!?! If I did do that (which I did not) then the item would still be in the store and that would not be theft!! Green needs to be fired!

The store has great stock and the sales people and Geek Squad deserve high praise! Tip the call center outside of the store needs serious help....

Walked in to buy Pokemon cards and a new gaming monitor. Bought what they had left of the Pokemon cards and walked over to the gaming monitors, ready to spend money on a nice OLED gaming monitor. There were two associates back near the computers and monitors. One of them was busy with a customer and the other associate did not appear to be busy so I asked him how much one of the monitors was. As he was walking past me he said “I think $240-$250 but I don’t remember off the top of my head” and just kept walking towards the computer to do something. I thought he was looking up the price for me but he did what he had to do and just walked away all together. The other associate finally got freed up from the customer he was helping and walked right past me without acknowledging me to help another customer who got to the department after I did. I had a credit card with Best Buy but after being completely disregarded as not worth anyone’s time I will be closing my credit card and I don’t know that I will be doing anymore shopping with Best Buy. Unfortunate but I really don’t know that I want to spend my money with a company that doesn’t put an emphasis on customer service.

I wish I could give this place 0 stars, because the customer seevice at the return/pick up desk is horrible. My experience was on 1/29/25 around 5 pm. This is why I order online to avoid the horrible customer service in the atore.

I've never met such a mean hearted, cold & miserable person ever as the manager of this store. Just the way he looks at you talks to you and his unwelcome attitude is dark. The hate in him is so inhumane.

Very disappointed in best buy. I have been going here for years. All stores are doing in store events for the new pokemon drop. Best Buy releases there's online and the scalpers buy them up. None left for the people who want to collect for fun. This store is part of the problem.

Terrible company. They release product online at midnight but tell people it's first come first serve when they open. Horrible company and I'm glad you're in financial trouble. You deserve it.

Employees do not want to take the time to look for items and make a sale. They rather get into a group and stand around and look cool. My fiancé and I went there today to pick up a specific product that the website stated it was in stock. The gentleman with the long hair said “ whatever is on the shelf is what’s in stock”. So we walked out got in our car and he ordered it online to pick up in store. Well wouldn’t you know the app told us our order was ready….customer service isn’t the same … I’ll be going online for now on thanks to your employees…

Edit: The customer support team (not from the store) was willing to work with me for the missing remote so I am updating the rating.
I'm writing this less so against the store and more so in response to the support team. Hopefully someone from the store sees this and can help me resolve this matter. I purchased an open box TV on Monday. As this location is a fair bit of a drive for me I tried calling the number to verify stock and was redirected to the call center. I wanted to speak to someone in the store but was told that their phone lines were 'down'. I have since learned it is impossible to contact any Best Buy store. EVEN THOUGH in another phone call with support I was told I could leave my number and have the store call me back.
After finally getting my TV and unboxing it we learned that it did not come with a remote even though most people would consider a remote 'essential.' I tried contacting support to resolve this and they claimed the only option for me would be to either return the TV or to drive to the store and see if they had the remote in stock. I don't quite understand the purpose of this call center if every single issue has to be resolved in store unless it is an online order being delivered.
If someone from the store is able to contact me and resolve this matter I will gladly change this review as the staff were pleasant and the selection was good.
