I got a replacement iPhone and when I first inquired about a refurbished replacement it was at a decent price. When I returned after getting another quote, the salesperson by default sold me a new phone 2x the price that the same person gave me the first quote. If you want a replacement cellphone, go to eBay and get an unlocked phone

Was first sold the wrong Apple stylus after giving model specifications, clerk assured it was the correct model. It was not.
Went back 40 min drive and was sold a “box opened” at full-price.
This stylus would not hold charge.
After driving back again a 3rd time the manager noticed our return but showed no empathy to the time wasted and travel.
While it is an Apple product and no discounts can be offered, again no store credit or resolve was offered for our time wasted despite chatting with manager on duty.
Poor service ALL around.

The people working this location were very helpful. Lots of deals (open box). Why are there so many missing displays? Shelves were kind of bare.
Customer service is this locations strong point.

Yesterday my sister and I when to best buy in Dover. To buy her a new jitterbug phone , her was lost in a house fire where she lost everything. Michelle Hughes was absolutely wonderful with Us. The world needs more caring people like her.

Went in to purchase a new PC and monitor and we are standing there for 10-15 minutes thinking a salesperson/associate would come to ask if we needed help without us having to flag anyone down but nope, they were too busy walking around looking at their phone. Finally they look and came over but if you are in a sales based position, you need to be observant of your surroundings. It's not that hard. Also, what ever happened to greeting people in your department. Think this young lady needs to go back to training.

Ppl here are always in a bad Mood. They lie to you, tell u what u want to hear just to get u in n out. especially managers... whatever u do. Don't call geek squad and have someone from overseas try to fix ur PC. They will Turn ur problem into a catastrophe.. cuz I promise u it will happen every time..
but atlese they can fix things here.
