“I first went to Burke tires and they lied about getting me in to get an alignment done just so they could sell me tires so I went to integrity for an alignment. The gentleman came back to me telling me I had a couple other issues and my vehicle didn't need an alignment and didn't charge me which he could of lied and charged me. Integrity tires will DEFINITELY get all my business for any kind of repairs they do! They were very kind and honest which is very rare! Their price is competitive as well! I don't do allot of reviews but I had to for this wonderful place! I HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR TIRES, ALIGNMENTS AND BRAKES AND ANY OTHER SERVICES THEY DO!”
“I’ve worked in the automotive/service industry so I know a good thing when I see it. I called for a price, told them I could come right in. The quickest service I’ve ever had getting tires and it was a decent price. I initially was going to buy some used tires but the price was really good. My service writer Chris mentioned they do an overall check on brakes, suspension, etc. They informed me the front pads were a little low and he mentioned they could offer that service. I declined but it was nice they mentioned it and he wasn’t pushy, just looking out for the customer. I would definitely recommend this establishment. I realize my short wait time probably isn’t common due to obvious fluctuations in customer flow but it was nice to win the lottery for quickest service in my personal experience and past professional experience. Good job guys!”

“I don't know where to start with this review. My fiancé has been going to Melvin's for his vehicle for a few years. I live in Philadelphia and drive a 2015 Altima. Unfortunately for a year, my car was parked in front of my home, just un-driveable. I went to 4 different Nissan Dealerships and no one could tell me why my car would randomly lose power and stop running. I gave up until my fiancé suggested to take the car to Melvin's. We risked it by driving up from Philadelphia to Dover. It died on the way up once, we gave it a few minutes, and then it started to drive again. Then we made it to Melvin's! Jose suggested to use our vehicle to run errands to see exactly what was causing the power loss. No other mechanic has ever offered to do such a thing. I have never encountered such care and attention from a mechanic. He figured out! It was the alternator! I am forever grateful to this shop for getting my car to run again. Great customer service and attention to your needs. Please don't hesitate to bring your vehicle to Melvin's!”

“I have been doing business with Tom for as long as I can remember and he hasn't let me down...NOT ONCE !
Three years ago he replaced my fuel injection {2014 kia optima} and my car is still on the road today {Aug 2024} and has not missed a beat...runs better than most new cars ...lol
it gets great gas mileage and as long as I keep up on maintenance, she will keep me on the road for another 150K miles..
With my new car, I wouldn't let anyone touch her, if she has any probs, but Tom and his crew.
His staff has been nothing but awesome !

“Went to Hertrich Nissan for service on my first Nissan, Amanda treated me like royalty so much so that after I recover from my surgery and get back situated at work in about six months, I’m 100% sure I’m going to purchase my next vehicle from this dealership and it’s all thanks to the service that was provided to me. My local mechanic, who I trust with my life advised me that I shouldn’t get a transmission fluid flush on my nissan because I missed two cycles, but Amanda explained to me in detail what kind of transmission I have in this 2019 nissan and the importance on starting the cycle of transmission fluid flushing every 30,000 miles “now” because I still have a decent amount of mileage on my car which I thought was amazing advice, I was given an option of two different waiting areas which was also amazing, because I was able to embrace the environment of the second waiting area as well as complete some paperwork for my job in preparation for surgery and glacé at a new vehicle or two in the process. The car sales employees as well as the other employees were also very nice to me and made me feel at home, a car dealership should feel like an extended part of your family and that’s how Amanda and the Hertrich Dealership made me feel. I don’t like feeling pressured as I will not do business with anyone who makes me feel pressured, Amanda applied 0 absolutely “NO” pressure, she simply made a recommendation and left me to decide on what I want to do in the future which in turn made me want to spend money , because she built and established trust from the “door”.

“Very pleased with the service that Brandon and his son gave me with my 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan. Check engine light had come on and my van would no longer go in reverse. I took her to my shop and once they put her on to be diagnosed, it came up with 4 P codes. Unfortunately, my shop does not deal with transmissions but they did tell me to reach out to Aamco. I tried reaching out on a Saturday to find out they were closed. I did the online book an appt and within 2 hours on Sat, Brandon had reached out, and suggested how to get the van to them. My van made it up to him by 1pm Monday. They called and agreed it was the trans. Chrysler had a transmission available and Mopar had the parts needed. I gave them the go ahead and Wednesday morning, of the same week, I was bringing my van home. You pay for what you get. This establishment is on point. I will definitely recommend them for transmission issues and they offer normal routine vehicle maintenance. You can trust them with your vehicle.”
“Nice staff, a very relaxed atmosphere every time I came in they were very cordial. Now I was looking for a Triumph Trident 660 they had it in stock in lovely Matt Orange. I went home thought about it over the weekend, and came back into the store Tuesday; put down a small deposit. They held the bike for two months for me, but others people came in wanting that bike also. The staff was great in holding the bike and not selling it. I finally picked it up two days after Thanksgiving, it was great there were no hidden fees left out with a full factory warranty that’s all I needed. This bike is just what I wanted something light quick and nimble can’t wait for the weather to warm back up.Thank You L&D”
