Jermaine was patient, friendly, honest, and helpful.
Mechanic called me with diagnosis, gave price estimate, and estimated time of completion. He answered questions and did not treat me as ignorant (which dealers love to do). Got another call (within the time estimate) when car was done and ready to be picked up.
Price was reasonable, and it is now my 'go to' place for car work.”
