Went into the store to upgrade my phone, waited less than 2 minutes, the representative was very friendly, polite and very professional.

Why am I getting an additional charge for over $700 on a phone that was supposed to be free to me as explained by your associate, Rebacca servicing for Camden, DE location. I enquired on several occasions to ensure that I would no be charged for this phone. It is a S23 5G. Please advise.

After years of service through Sprint, I decided to switch to AT&T. The service I received from Keenan, at the Camden location, was phenomenal. Keenan not only assisted with my situation, he was also working diligently to help with multiple issues as customers arrived. How nice it is to have true customer service again! Thank you Keenan ☺️

The manager was very helpful in the phone when I called ahead, but the rep was so difficult to work with. This store has such a bad vibe and unwelcoming staff that I walked out mid transaction. Retail is dying due to bad customer service. I’d rather do business online than with representatives that are rude.

Shay helped me and did an amazing job! He did what he needed to do in a timely manner to assist me. He was very patient, respectful, and nice! Overall GREAT service with even better employees! Would definitely go back.
