Customer service sucks completely they let you sit for an hour before they even help you.. help a bunch of others before they help the person that came in 1st. Service sucks at this location don't go here

John O. at the 275 N DuPont was great! We came in, told him what we had going on. We explained that we were trying to keep the bill low. Also, we came in with a toddler which was little chaotic. But John had great skills and helped us keep our child entertained during this short process, considering everything we did. TWO upgrades with trade-ins. Plan change. Two Samsung watches! He was super thorough and I hope everyone can have this same experience. Thank you Mr. John!

I was with Xfinity for almost 4 years. I lost my phone and I transfer to AT&T. I was informed that my bill will be $95 every month and within two days the bill was up by $40 within a week It was up again by another $50 and then later I was informed that I would be charged a whole extra month in advance. Which I did not agree to, so I feel misled or maybe there was miscommunication but I’m not happy with your service and I’m trying to take my business to T-mobile where the price is set. I wouldn’t recommend AT&T for nobody.

If I could give the store a 0 rating I would. They close before 5 their posted time, no one answers phones, they set up phones under wrong information, and in the past I lost countless Christmas photos of my daughter because the female associate didn’t give the proper instructions to transfer things over. Honestly, I might just cancel the plans and move to a different provider with the level of frustration this store and company has caused me. We pay hundreds of dollars for our services and it’s nothing but disappointment and screw ups. Save your time and go somewhere else.

Excellent customer service, tried to order my new phone on website, but I was unsuccessful. Went to the AT&T store, 275 N Dupont Highway Dover Delaware. Immediately greeted by a wonderful representative and completed my purchase absolutely no problem!
