NEVER completed taxes after 9 months, I paid penalties and interest. Did not respond to BBB complaint. Court paperwork filed. Tried to work out directly but was ignored, same as when trying to get taxes prepared.

I have been with Debbie for a multitude of years! She is personable, friendly, professional to the core! I have sent many a person to her to have their taxes done with no one being unhappy with the outcome! She is a 4 STAR BEAUTY!!

Accutax is the only place to go to prepare your taxes. Katrina, is phenomenal. She is extremely knowledgeable, thorough and efficient. I have also formed several LLC's through Accutax. Debbie, is hands down the best in determining the correct type of ownership you will need to start your business. They are extremely affordable. I have been to various accountants and they win hands down!

I’ve used Accutax for years. My parents used them first and I followed suit. They do get busy later in the tax season so making appointments early is recommended. They also have e-filing available.

I will not be using them in the future. While she is very knowledgeable, she often cancels appointments. You reschedule and she cancels again. I have heard many complain about this. Its just not professional. Do not use this office for your taxes

Accu Tax Service is very up to date on tax rules and regulations. They have been doing my taxes for 7 years. The first year they corrected my tax return information (and a year later, corrected tax information, for a friend of mine), that had been incorrectly prepared by someone else. Of coarse greater money back!! I love Accu-tax. Drop off my information to them, and receive a call 2 or 3 weeks later when returns are ready. Fine with me!!

They take on average four months or more to complete them. I am currently looking for a new tax preparer. I would not recommend them.
