Firstly, I never do reviews, my experience with this establishment was horrible enough to render one. I’ve done business with Aarons before in another location, and I have had a wonderful experience. This location is the exact opposite experience. If you so much as were one day late, change your payment date, or set up a payment online like I frequently did, you were getting NUMEROUS phone calls, and them banging on your door :)The breach of contract on your end is insane. Stated in said contract there is a funny little line that states “ If you do not want to receive communication as described in this paragraph, you must provide Aaron's with written notice revoking your prior consent.” (The communication was giving them permission to do contact in practically anyway possible) Which I did, to their Legal department in Georgia like it was stated to do in the contract.So if you want to be harassed, even if you make a payment, go here by all means. Never again will I ever recommend anyone to this place.

The worst place to ever get anything from. Left a note on my door saying they were gonna take me to court over $200 and some change total balance for “stolen property” that i have been paying faithfully for over the past year and some change & I was only past due 12 days. I’ll never ever do business with these a holes again !! And not to mention the table I got from them 1 of the chairs were broken.

Lee and the manager (sorry for forgetting your name) were very helpful with my payment issue. I didn't want to lose my lease. I used my membership benefits. I talked probably too much, but I had to vent. They were very knowledgeable and helpful. I can't understand how this store gets negative reviews. Note: Don't come to Aaron's with an attitude about a payment you owe, but talk to the staff as if You work there and come to a peaceful compromise. Paid off one, almost on second lease, another to go. Thank you, Aaron's.

They do not stop calling even if you only partially finished the pre-check and told them you found a better deal (rent a center in my case). Their pre-check seemed too invasive by asking for checking and savings anyways.

This location is sheisty. No, I did not witness it myself (when delivered) however my fiance was attempting to purchase a bedroom set with a NEW mattress however they attempted to deliver him a USED mattress with stains on it! Who does that!! Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional! Quick to take your money but the follow through is no good, not for my money!! Return my money and thank you.

Aarons is awesome staff is super awesome the all the guys are very friendly and helpful. The one lady though seems not customer oriented kinda rough around the edges . (maybe a bad day) but hands down best leasing company for home needs

Think twice before purchasing anything in this store! especially their retail products which you pay in cash. I bought a pre-leased fire place stand and a dinning set which unfortunately had stains that would NOT just come off. I called them and they sent a driver to come over my place and see what they can do about to help me out. He came saw the stains and said he will let the general manager know whats going on and may be he would send one of their techs to come and have a better look at it. I waited for them to call me back which of course they DID NOT. I called them today and the manager said that the retail products sale WAS FINAL and CANNOT be RETURNED and there is nothing they can do to the table since its already paid off and no longer theirs and the Only reason they sent someone over to my house in the first place was just "a courtesy visit"whatever that is! To me courtesy would have been to tell me before buying their products that the sales is final and the product cannot be returned/refunded! They didn't have to wait until I call them with a complaint to tell me that it is written on the receipt, how hard is it to train your sales persons to let the customer know that the sale is final so that they can make an informed decision before the purchase. This a place I would not recommend to any one they are terrible! but they will definitely give you a courtesy visit by walking all over your clean carpet with dirty shoes to tell you nothing!
