I don’t know if this is the same as AAA plus if it isn’t then forgive this post but these people they are unprofessional left me on the phone for over 30 minutes. Didn’t tell me that they couldn’t find someone to come and unlock the door for me until I called back after waiting 30 minutes on the phone and gonna say I gotta wait there till 6 a.m. for someone at Harrington casino cause I locked my keys in the car. Can you BELIEVE THAT!! That’s not even a hotel and didn’t have hotel money anyway so I’m just warning everybody if you get stuck somewhere after midnight, you stuck there OVERNIGHT! I would not suggest this insurance company at all!!

Walked in to get my fingerprints done and walked out a member. Thanks to Jill, Monica and the rest of the team. I was able to kill 2 birds with one stone. Very knowledgeable people.

I give the female w brown hair and the smile and the helpful cheerful personality a 10+. She was amazing, welcoming. Looked for discounts for me, was upbeat, gave me knowledgeable information about discounts, background checks. Offered to help me find better home and car insurance.
I have a 1 star to her male partner in the 2nd chair as you walk in, he was negative, argumentative, pesimisstic, was unwilling to accept facts that Identigo themselves verified, and butted repeatedly into our conversation with negativity. I was really perplexed as to why someone would be so negative and…. Flatly… incorrect. This young man could stand another training course in customer service and facts. 2/21/25. I’m sitting in their office as I write this.he makes me not want to come into this office if he’s working here.

The process of obtaining a tow through AAA went smoothly. I like how the app tracks the progress of the tow truck driver. The tow truck driver stayed in contact with us, was on time and very helpful.

I got promised a free repair. I never got told that wasn't possible. I never an estimate on what was being done. I did get a text with what was wrong with my van. That link said that the oil pan was getting rethreaded and new plug. I called to say to rethread and was told that my van was done already. When I went to pick up my van, I was only told that my oil change was costing and was asked if I was doing cash or card. It was my fault that I didn't catch that the bill was $1700 at that point. I ran my cc. Later, I talked with the owner about the $1700 oil pan replacement. He apologized for the miscommunication and offered to send me a check for $800. That helps, but it's still more than I wanted to pay for on my 16 year old van. Regardless, this has ruined my trust in this company. I will update when I see money coming back to me.

This place should be ashamed of themselves. They tried to rip off a single mother who is very low income. They tried to charge her thousands of dollars to "fix" her car.
She took the car to another shop and they found a wire disconnected. Cost her nothing.
AAA is a predatory garage.
Absolutely disgusting.
Not too mention they told her that her battery had nothing wrong with it but it did. They don't honor their warranties.

Didn't wan to have to write this review. I really wanted to like this place.
They charged me $1700 for a simple brake job (pads and rotors).
It happened months ago and I'm still upset about it.

Great place. From the first contact on the phone with Jermaine, I had a great experience. The worst part of the repair experience was a 3-hour wait for the tow, since the car wasn't safe to drive - THAT IS NOT the fault of this center.
Jermaine was patient, friendly, honest, and helpful.
Mechanic called me with diagnosis, gave price estimate, and estimated time of completion. He answered questions and did not treat me as ignorant (which dealers love to do). Got another call (within the time estimate) when car was done and ready to be picked up.
Price was reasonable, and it is now my 'go to' place for car work.
