Clean room, great location and friendly staff. Stayed for a long off-season weekend. Although reduced for the off-season, the staff was very helpful and friendly.

A very comfortable room. Nice view and was able to people watch. Was incredibly clean.Walkability: The hotel was around a lot of different restaurants and the beach. So it made it easy to explore the area and then just walk back to the hotel.

Clean hotel. The rooms were in nice condition. Everything worked in the hotel. Microwave and fridge were a nice touch especially with no breakfast. They do advertise that there is no free breakfast. There are many places nearby so it’s not a problem. Great price for the value. Location was great only a block from the beach. The hotel staff was very accommodating. Anything you need they will provide. Would definitely recommend.

The hotel offers an impeccable service, comfortable, clean rooms, and a location just two steps from a sand. I am very happy with my choice! The money paid off.

Couldn't get much better at the location for the price. The rooms were fine, they cleaned every day which was nice. The shower water pressure is kind of bad. The stairwells seem very old and worn down. It's definitely a good hotel if you want to be near the beach and not spend a lot of

We booked here not realizing bike week was in Ocean City, unfortunately they put us in one of the rooms that faced the street and the sounds of HD's were ringing in our head all night. They didn't have anywhere else to put us so we decided to leave after one night. Expedia and the staff refunded our night that we didn't use, which was great customer service. Location to everything was convenient. Hotel and room are avg at best but the staff was excellent. There is a reason the prices are lower then the other choices in the area but if you know it going in its a good place to stay. Recommend requesting a room that doesn't face the street.

The place is a dump. Carpeting is filthy. Relatives, I guess, of the front desk staff loitering in the lobby. The microwave was broken, the key card didn't work, and the TV remote was broken. The young maintenance man was very nice and replaced the remote and microwave but he is leaving for another job. That it's close to the beach is the only upside. But if you're trading your EBT benefits for cash and want to vacation near the folks from your halfway house, this would be the place for you. Oh, and the coffee machine in the lobby was out of order the five days we spent in this pig sty.

The location of this hotel is amazing! It is on an ocean block, which means the beach is just minutes away. It is right on the main road and within walking distance of all of the shops in Dewey Beach. The hotel is a bit old, and our room was musty. The bed linens were definitely showing their age (pilled). It is nice that the large window/doors open, even if there isn't a balcony. If you're at the beach, you want the sounds and smells. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Just checked out and absolutely adored our visit. Staff was accommodating, facilities were lovely! Very walkable. It was about 10 minutes to North Beach venue and 3 minutes from the beach!Loved the refrigerator and microwave for our leftovers. Parking garage was super convenient. There’s also a shower and hose on the stairway entrance to get all the sand off before heading upstairs.Within a half hour of checkout, they contacted me about an item left behind! I would have lost my mind without my e-reader. Impeccable customer service!

Great location, clean and affordable. Not a 5 star hotel but definitely 5 star value. 2-3 minute walk to the beach. Also walkable to the bars and restaurants. Room/ bathroom was clean and fairly updated. We had an issue with our AC and staff was quick to fix. Lady at the front desk was helpful.I didn't use the pool but went to check it out. It's on the 4th floor. Looked clean and had some lounge chairs.Note you get one parking spot per room but there is plenty of street parking (come early for street parking). Will be booking here again!

5 stars for the experience given the price. This was the cheapest available option on Dewey beach and we thought it was a fantastic value! Right on the main drag of bars on Dewey. We got free parking in the hotel garage and didn’t have to move our car all weekend because everything we needed was walkable. Room was clean and staff was friendly. No breakfast options but we wouldn’t have used it anyways.

Sooooo, I am so glad I took a chance on this place and didn't look at reviews before booking. This quaint little place could surely use some upgrades but our room was clean and the staff people were AMAZING!!!... super nice and friendly! Hotels near the water are always a little danky and weirdly dark, to me. This place is no different, but I loved it. And, we actually liked that is was only railing and not necessarily a balcony. It felt very Bourbon Street Hotel-ish. We faced the strip which was super cool b/c watching the mist and night life was entertaining enough for us. I would definitely stay again. I'm not sure that there are 5 star hotels at Rehoboth Beach, but the people and vibe make up for any higher expectations. We didn't see any trash. Our floors were clean. The one complaint is the bed. It had the weird lip- that SUPER tight stitching lip thingy- on the upper side of the mattress that was actually painful if you slid on the bed.

Location was great for going out to the bars. The person who checked us in could have been MUCH friendlier and I get that in peak season there is only one car allowed but in the off season, to be told I have to move my car even though I am a guest was silly considering the parking garage was VERY empty. The room was nice although we had an adjoining room which was like the people on the other side of the door were right in the room with us!

After a 3 hour drive from NJ to Dewey Beach we were excited to relax with our daughter. However, our room was anything but warm and inviting. We checked in with a man who had a runny nose, used a tissue and then wiped the pen with the tissue and then tried to hand the pen to my wife to sign in with. My wife asked for a late check out as our daughter was participating in the polar bear plunge the next day, he told us to call in the morning. Told us we owed more money even after we paid fully online. Watch the hidden taxes! We went to our room and walked right past it, literally! We entered the hallway to the 1st floor only to figure out that we walked right passed our room, because... it was located OUTSIDE in the GARAGE! Yep! not even in the hotel. In the garage up a set of steps into what seems to be a maintenance closet. We entered the room and it smelled moldy. When we went to shut the curtain, my wife noticed a huge hole cut in the screen where it looked like someone tried to enter from the street. The beach view that we paid for was only a picture hanging on the wall, and incase I forgot to mention we were in the garage. My wife and daughter became afraid to stay, we spoke with family who were staying in Rehoboth and they were able to get us a room where they were. Thank GOD! We returned from dinner, grabbed our stuff, and I went into the lobby to check out. The lady at the desk never questioned why we were leaving, didn't seem to care that we just checked in and were leaving never offered a refund or a room change even after I explained why we were leaving. We lost what we paid for the room, but the safety of my wife and daughter are more important than what we paid. See photos below! STAY FAR AWAY!I would like to know where the people that gave the 5 star review stayed. Where we parked on the 3rd floor garage for that brief hour, you saw rooftops and parking lots and garbage dumpsters. I work in hotel operations this was shameful! Nothing about this hotel was safe! The doors to enter the hallways were not secured, but what did we know, our room was in the garage! OH and not to mention the random chairs that sit in the garages, strange! Guess people sleep in them if they are locked out of the garage hotel room.
