My last 2 trips to pharmacy have been very pleasant. The staff was helpful, and courteous. They have also extended their hours.

If you have Medicare Advantage Highmark, they want you to pay for vax. The same are free with that same insurance at Rite Aid or Express Pharmacy in Laurel, DE

Worst pharmacy ever. Don’t ever keep important medication in stock and when it’s in stock they can’t ever figure out insurance coverage. Was told medication that I’ve taken for years wasn’t covered by insurance then for some reason it magically was.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. Reduced hours....closes for a gas leak fine. But didn't have a prescription that was sent over 2 hours prior ready. Told to transfer it. Oh .....but it's against Walgreens policy to transfer anything controlled. Meanwhile I'm driving this person in severe pain around trying to get this done only for them to reopen and be told that it would be another 2 hours that they just printed it . Excuses. Over this place. Take your prescriptions to anyone other than them. Oh and this isn't the first time they have been closed for a gas leak. Very suspect.

Is there a “NEGATIVE” number I could assign, because that is what they would get if there were!! Ditto on every comment on here….who ever heard of a pharmacy that CLOSES the entire weekend???? How do people who need life-saving medications fare??? I will be switching to a different pharmacy ASAP!!!

Cashiers are not always courteous and when wrapping paper didn’t ring up correctly they insisted they were correct- they were not and I purchased it at Mt Hermon road with zero issues. Also a new cashier pulled my register reward from machine- folded it up and was putting it in her pocket when I told her it was mine- she gave it to me- how shady!!

If I could give this Walgreens Pharmacy 0 stars, I would. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY. Today on a Friday they were closed all day for god knows why and I didn’t know until I got there. Last time i had to have prescriptions refilled, I went to this Walgreens two days in a row and the line was about 10 people deep both times. The drive thru hasn’t been open in a while due to “corporate decisions” probably since COVID actually, their hours are limited (like 10-6 so idk how people with JOBS are supposed to get their prescriptions? Everyone pick up from 5-6?) and one of their registers never works so they have to walk back and forth from the register inside to the one by the drive thru. I understand it may be hard to find good help now a days but what is going on Walgreens? This is not fair to your employees or customers/patients.

They aren't even open their stated reduced hours. They don't answer the phone. You place refill orders online and they don't meet committed time. Even though they have 2 or more people inside working the pharmacy register, they hardly ever open the drive through. So you have to go stand in line behind 8 other people, including people who are sick and coughing/spewing into the air. I live with immunocomprimized person, and this just isn't a safe idea to stand there this long with sick people. I had blood pressure med on auto-refill, it didn't, I logged in online and it showed 1 refill remaining, ordered on Thursday and it said it wouldn't refill until Monday at noon (2 days without meds), but not like you can call them, so later find out they weren't even open on Friday like their hours state they are, so that's why had to wait until Monday. Get there Monday at 4:45pm and prescription isn't even filled. I'm done, transferring prescriptions elsewhere!

Walgreens in Delmar, DE is a joke. During COVID they limited their hours. They never returned to normal hours. Now, you cant go through the drive-thruh. They are only.open 9:30-6 pm with 0 drive thru hours. Are you kidding me? What about the.people that work? I've supported them since they opened in Delmar. NO MORE!!!

Don’t purchase a gift cards from this location. Cashier may forget to add money to it and they won’t help you when you realize there is nothing on the card.

My recent Xperience (5-3-21) at this Delmar Walgreens, was met with a friendly cashiers and technician. They are always pleasant and kind. It doesn't cost very much to be nice, kind and helpful, to all of your regular customers that they may see on an ongoing basis!Hence, the added star for this review.================My recent interactions on (3/4/20) with the Delmar Walgreens, the Pharmacy Department has really become very frustrating to deal with! Ergo, this revised review. I'm going back to CVS for a while until they get their act together! This Walgreens seemed to be going down hill! Per my last review, this Walgreens don't seem to pride themselves to good relations/ customer service! I have been accustomed to good C/S while dealing with WALGREENS for over 40 years! The pharmacist that I dealt with on today seem to have a smirk on his face! The other employees/associates in the store were very helpful. Hence, the two stars!!=====================I go to Walgreens pharmacies to get my flu shot annually! I have also been able to get diabetic supples for the most part without any complications. The Pharmacy staff are professional as well as the other associates; they are friendly & kind; which is a rarity in business these days! Have been doing business with them over 30+ years as they're a nationwide chain.

I have never had a bad experience here but today was horrible. I had ordered a calendar online. When I went to pick it up, they couldn't find it. After some time, they found it. I opened my calendar and it had been all assembled wrong. The months and pictures were all out of order. They got a manager but I was told that I would have to create the calendar again. Customer service is not good. Training needs to take place.

I gave this location one star solely for the woman at LabCorp. I had made an appointment to get blood work done, and I was given the option on the paperwork to indicate if I had fasted before my appointment or not. Being the honest person that I am, I wrote that I had not fasted. My work schedule does not allow me to skip meals. Today was the only day that I would be able to leave work early to get this done. When I arrived, there was no option to check in at the kiosks provided by the door. I notified the salesperson at the front register and she seemed inconvenienced by the behavior of the assigned phlebotomist, stating that she had just gotten herself an ice cream moments before heading back to the room. I was told to knock on the door and speak with her that way. After I did so, I was informed that because I did not fast, I would not be able to have blood work taken today... See, normally I wouldn't have an issue with what she said, it's the way she said it. As a former employee of Walgreens, I know how customers and patients need to be treated, especially when it comes to the medical side of things. She clearly did not want to perform her job and I was an inconvenience to her. I went to the front desk and spoke to the original salesperson that I had seen coming in, explaining what happened. She alerted another employee who took down my information for their manager to call me tomorrow to discuss this ignorant woman's behavior. I don't like getting people in trouble, but I was so appalled by the way I was treated and dismissed when I told her that I had not fasted. If the application did not allow me to continue after I indicated that I did not fast, that would be one thing. But I was able to continue filling out the paperwork... I was informed that this was the second complaint this woman has received today alone. If you need to get lab work done, go to an actual LabCorp site. Walgreens has failed in this area by employing this woman.

I ordered a photo calendar online and went to pick it up. It was completely assembled the wrong way. I had to sit in the store and recreate it. This time, when I got it and opened it, the holes to hang the calendar were so off centered. it looked like crap. Instead of telling me that they messed up, they put it in an envelope and sent me on my way. I called them from home and asked to speak with a manager. They apologized and said that they were going to redo it. I have waisted 3 hours and I still do not have a calendar. For photo needs, skip this store!
