Was home all morning before work. Saw the post man drop the mail off prompting me to retrieve it. There was a pickup slip in the box for a signed letter(along with other mail) He chose to not knock on the door with cars in the driveway to see if someone was home. They're paid to complete a job if I was to do that at work I'd be fired

I live in an apartment complex served by this post office, and they do not pay any attention to the apartment numbers. The number of packages and mail of my neighbors that I receive is ridiculous. My stuff ends up missing most of the time as well. They’ve also shoved packages into a mailbox that is too small, to the point you can’t get it back out in one piece.

I've repeatedly received mail for people that no longer live at my address. I've written return to sender and all manner of things only for the mail to still come and I can't even get ahold of anyone at my local office to even speak with me.

The masculine looking woman up front was very rude to me when I had asked her to provide me with a label for my package, and said I needed to provide my own own label and would not accept my package. Long story short she eventually gave me a label for me to fill out my information. Then I ask for a pen to write with. She says to me you can have a pen, but you can borrow one and slams it on the counter. Then when I pay the fee, she gets annoyed bc I removed my card too soon. She didn't prompt me the entire transaction, so I had to figure it out myself. Do not go to this location unless you want to experience abuse from this woman.

I'm an ebay seller and due to unforseen circumstances I had to use this office. Never again. I got called at my work because one of the workers opened at least one of my packages and forced me to pay an extra twenty dollars for shipping because according to them I didn't have the right type of shipping. I have never had issues shipping this way with ANY other post office. At the moment I tried to be reasonable, because maybe I did make a mistake. Now I got a message from a buyer that after twelve days the package still hasn't arrived. Wow thanks guys. Lost quarter tank of gas and twenty dollars but at least I have customer complaints.

They consistently don’t deliver my packages. I have to go pick them up more than I get them delivered. Absolutely astonishing how bad this place is run. They need new management asap

Suddenly stopped trying to deliver packages that wouldn't fit in my mailbox. I guess it's too much work to take them to my door. Always marks them as "delivery attempted" or "held at pickup location per customer's request" which is never true. Instead I have to go to the post office to pick them up, which is pretty difficult when you work the same hours they're open.

They don’t even attempt to deliver packages that need to be dropped off on a porch. If it doesn’t fit in a mailbox, expect a slip telling you to pick it up yourself at the post office. Apparently this has been going on for a while based on other reviews. Incredibly disappointing and needs to be addressed and fixed.

Mail delivery is terrible in Delmar! No one answers the phone. Waiting on package redelivery for 2 weeks now. It's not a package that needs to be signed for. It just needed to be left on the porch.slip was left.

Worst post office ever Laurel and Delmar post offices. Package out for delivery on Saturday and then tracking information marked as delivered on Monday but still no package. Watched the driver stop at the mailbox and then drive off. If it doesn't fit in the mailbox they dont even try to deliver. Reported to the USPS Inspector General now as potential theft. This has happened on numerous occasions in the past as well. They apparently take the phone off the hook because whenever I call it's a busy signal.

I was supposed to receive a package today I paid for shipping and I didn't know it was coming from USPS because I have been living here for a year and I have never had mail delivired on Saturday...NEVER!!! WTH

Very rube front desk lady she wouldn’t help with the weight of Package . On the sheet she just pointed to like five different things that I didn’t have correct and that I didn’t have it written on the package first off I’ve never had to write on the package they’ve always giving me a slip to write on the package or they printed it out on the computer and I put it on the package . there also was another lady behind me was struggling with packaging and she would just point over there without any direction. I have never had a problem here before until meeting this lady. Some people don’t know how much stuff Weights and I don’t understand why she could not just weight the package and smack a label on it and charge me. Honestly I’m very disappointed in the service at Delmar post office never in 10 years have I ever had a problem there. I feel this lady needs to learn customer service and love her job or leave.!!!!! If I see her at the front desk honestly I’ll just walk out and find another place to mail my package honestly I will probably never step my another foot into the post office again. I still have not sent my package and I will not be going there I’m going to Salisbury post office tomorrow

The clerk at the front is AWFUL. I ordered a Christmas tree from Target and on my front porch received a very light weight box that was re-taped! I immediately took it to the post office (20 mins after delivery) and explained that this could not be a christmas tree. The clerk ARGUED that I opened the box and that she could not accept the package back without charging me. I even took pictures of the package prior to returning it to show them that it was delivered this way. It is clear that they either have someone stealing christmas gifts this season or they are deliverying the packages to the wrong address, that individual is opening and then sending back out.

Thankfully I have honest neighbors when delivering for the holiday season please check the address that your dropping it off at !!!!
