Service was out of this world fast. The customer service agent was extremely friendly and efficient. It was a clean organized work environment I even told the agent that this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS location, when she proceeded to hand me the survey! With 3 packages to return my husband and I were in and out of the store in under 5 minutes.

The 6948 Delmar branch is by far the best and most friendly forward. Professional with a touch of personality. We really enjoyed the patience the workers had with my partner and I. Very pleasant experiences!

I had to ship an odd shaped table from Maryland to Arizona, this store was awesome helping me. When my friends received it they said it was packed so perfect and the table had even been cleaned and polished when they received it. Excellent customer service, very friendly and professional. Will be going there for all of my shipping needs.

I visit the UPS Store approximately every 2 weeks. I am ALWAYS greeted with a smile by everyone. I go out of my way to visit this store when I have the main office a few miles closer. Hats off to Virginia
