One of the women working there (short, thin, long hair) was very rude. Made fun of me and made me feel very bad about myself. She was very unfriendly. Fortunately the others in the store were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

I have always enjoyed using this UPS store in Delmar until the morning when an older lady wanted to charge me 2 bucks for a piece of tape. Not much in the grand scheme of things but there is , for me, a principle to this. There is a cost to do business and if u expect ur customers to pay YOUR costs well then I will find someone else. An Amazon package return...2 bucks for a piece of tape....ain't gonna happen.

They have lost 2 packages to the same person
The most recent one was “irreplaceable “
My deceased moms jersey left my brother 2 items and she never put the address I had on the box in the system so it was shipped to a different location in North Dakota and someone else is wearing my dead mothers jersey ..
Instead of this place being considerate
I am told “I should have read the screen in detail
But I was told
“Just scroll down to the bottom and click accept “
I understand i should not have trusted her but what’s worse is the way I was treated ,
“Ya want your shipping cost back”and so rude and I mean more than one employee..
I truly hope karma bites them all…

Service was out of this world fast. The customer service agent was extremely friendly and efficient. It was a clean organized work environment I even told the agent that this was the best experience I’ve ever had at a UPS location, when she proceeded to hand me the survey! With 3 packages to return my husband and I were in and out of the store in under 5 minutes.

The 6948 Delmar branch is by far the best and most friendly forward. Professional with a touch of personality. We really enjoyed the patience the workers had with my partner and I. Very pleasant experiences!
