“My rear tire pressure registered 11. A nail bit into the tire. There are at least 10 tire service shops including Firestone, Mr Tire, Delaware Tire, Walmart, PepBoys etc. BW has the most # of reviews with overall average of 4.0 on Google, despite all the other larger shops around. All business has haters and supporters. The good-bad reviews for BW are more detailed than others. Clearly, they were written by people who care. The communication style is [matter of fact and a bit of " in your face"]. But they are sincere and direct. Don't take it personally. You are there to get a good professional job done. They do. The charge for patching the tire was $30. Reasonable & under 1hr. The business premise is clean and tidy. I drove by daily and never knew it is a Auto shop.
There is a energetic happy looking turtle in the indoor pond. There is an absorbing puzzle for the world flags to kill time. Thank you for resolving my car issue without drama.”
“Clyde's has always been very personable and their work is superb. We came from Delaware Tire & Battery they went under new ownership and we decided to go elsewhere. Clyde's has been so fair, made suggestions ?, worked with us, and by far the prices are great. His staff treats us the exact same. Clyde's puts his competitors to shame. “Very good and fast service. Respectful, knowledgeable, polite and helpful people. I’ll be back and would recommend this place to anyone who needs tires, brakes or any related repairs. I drive an older car and I had just replaced all the tires with brand new one’s then, I had an accident and one front and one rear tire received some sidewall damage and had to be replaced. They fixed me up with some used but like new tires for under a hundred bucks for both, mounted, balanced and, on the car. I didn’t get the road hazard. When I need new tires I will get them at the Tire Depot”

“I came in with two urgent issues so I did not have an appointment on either occasion. Both times, they provided prompt and courteous service. My only disappointment was they only provide water to drink. At least one vending machine for other beverages would be nice. Otherwise, I was happy with my experience and will be using them for future oil changes and other services.”

“My car was towed to Mr. Tire for a punctured flat rear tire. The tire was replaced, as well as the brake pads and another item related to the brakes on both rear tires that were found in bad condition. I also requested an overdue oil change. All pertinent info. was explained to me by the manager and I am very pleased with the work that was done. I will return to get the other rear tire replaced because I was advised that it needed to be. Mr. Tire has been taking care of all my car needs since the place I had used for years closed. I have no complaints about the work they have done on my car or the people who work there.”
