Stay away unless you need a chicken plant conveyer.Took my vehicle in for a chassis setup. Was assured their lead tech Brandon could do it. Apparently they thought it only needed a front end alignment and damaged parts with pipe wrenches, gave it back with parts missing, and never finished the job!When I went back to talk about what had transpired, Brandon wanted to fight and throw money on the counter. ( Very Professional Brandon )Although Jacklin was very professional and her Mom, they never got back to me!I'm guessing hacks with pipe wrenches and close enough is good enough.

For the reputation this place has, as well as the reviews, I truly expected a better experience. I purchased an expensive stage 3 racing suspension for my vehicle and installed it myself. They were the only guys local I thought I could trust to adjust everything better than I could. I went in needing the pinion angle adjusted with my adjustable third link, four wheel alignment with the panhard in the rear, castor/camber with my steeda plates, front sway bar adjustable end links tuned in as well. I got the car back with a bent tie rod that they swore they didn't do, a rear that hadn't been touched (my marks were still lined up) tie rod ends all scratched up from pipe wrenches or channel locks (they're billet with slots for normal open end wrenches, this was unprofessional) as well as chewed up and seized jamnuts from the adjustable ends being bottomed out and over-tightened. The worst part is lifting my car to replace the tie rod and finding that my front sway bar end links were disconnected, and one of them was missing. When the store was confronted, the technician who did the work had to be escorted out of the office because of his temper, and even threw a $100 on the table thinking it's enough to cover the replacement of the damaged parts (the suspension cost upwards of $6,500. Everyone there defended the tech swearing he's the best around but they would have the owner call, which never happened. Given that steeda made all the parts I installed on the car, next time I think I'd rather drive all the way to Georgia to have them adjust it. Hearing how most of their business is repairing machinery for the chicken farms around as well as their monster trucks, it seems that good enough is the expectation for those industries.

I took my truck to this place for repairs underneath, they said to me that they do that kind of work and I left my truck there, two weeks later I went back to check and the forgot that my truck was outside; they told again that they were going to check and give me the estimate, 3 weeks later I went back and they said again that they were going to do it ; on the 4th week I came back to get my truck and said again that they were going to do it that day. They called that day to give me the estimate but for the wrong reasons. The 5th week I went to get my truck and show them what I needed with pictures, they never saw what I was talking about. Unprofessional service, wrong estimate, lack of response. Never going back over there and won't recommend it at all.

I would recommend the Metal shop to anyone who wants a lift done for there truck. I am more than satisfied with the lift kit they did and how fast they got everything done. Could not have asked for anyone better to work with. Everyone I spoke to was a great help. My truck looks fantastic. I am so happy with how it turned out. I would recommend this place to everyone. 10/10

We stopped by this shop and ask if they could make or repairs a latch for a tonneau cover. gave them pics and everything. we have never heard back from them. we called text and emailed with no answer. Not very reliable people

I have a lifted Ford F250 with 38inch tires on it. I called all over the place trying to get a wheel alignment done & nobody would do it because of the size of the tire. So I called the Metal Shop and they were more then happy to help. Along with the wheel alignment they replaced almost all of the steering components on my front end, which were in desperate need of replacement. They need a absolutely wonderful job and I'm extremely happy with their work. Thank you to all of the staff at The Metal Shop. I look forward to doing business with you in the future.

Thank you so much to the metal shop for helping me out in short notice. Came to them with a bicycle problem that 5 different stores prior could not help with.They ended up having the right pieces and serviced my bike within 24 hours!Thankful for such a amazing crew all around, highly recommend them!!!

the metal shop has a awesome crew they installed my lift kit and did the best job and a better job of takin care of my truck there work shows that they care about detail and quality well worth time and money and drive. this place is a must see shop so much cool stuff its like a kid in a candy store when ya walk in great job metal shop. cant wait to get my part from fabshop i had custom made.

I highly recommend The Metal Shop for all your fabrication needs! They were very professional and down to earth. First day I'd ever met Rick and he showed me around the place like we were best of friends. Got me in just few days later and did exactly what he said he was going to do. Moved my backup camera and made custom breaket. Flattened out all 6 compartments that had wheel wells and make them into a sheep shelf. Added shelving inside the back for me to mount all my Milwaukee packout gear to. More pics to come on that. And finally added brackets up in the middle where the door opens to go to the cab for my Milwaukee packet shelves. Awesome work guys love it. Hopefully I'll have more work for you in the future.
