I dropped off my truck as requested by Reynolds auto repair and ask to have the radiator fluid replaced including: flushing the radiator, replace upper and lower radiator hoses install new thermostat. They called me the next morning and said my vehicle was done and I could pick it up. I paid cash. I immediately noticed the upper and lower radiator hoses WERE NOT REPLACED. So I asked and was told it was not needed! The following morning I took my vehicle to burnet and white in Salisbury MD. They told me the fluid was not replaced and had a burnt orange tint. Had Burnett and White do the job and was done correctly. I WOULD NOT TAKE MY VEHICLE TO REYNOLDS REPAIR AGAIN IF I WAS BROKEN DOWN RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEIR PLACE OF BUSINESS!!! BEWARE!! CHIEF PETTY OFFICER, USN 30 YEARS HONORABLY RETIRED

Go here if you want to be nickeled and dimed to death. When you pick up your vehicle that you leave here to get worked on, expect your 3/4 tank to be drained. Will not return, do not recommend.Service: Transmission
