My experience was a wonderful one this time around. I have been to Furniture Land before where the experience was so so, but this time Lisa made it a memorable one for me and my 2 kids who were with me. She was friendly, personable and super helpful!

We were very pleased with the service and our salesman Chris Thomas was very pleasant and knowledgeable. We never felt pressured or bothered, we asked a lot of questions and he found the answers for us. We bought two pieces which were both built here in USA to what we picked out. Both pieces were built and shipped in the timeframe quoted. We will shop there again and do recommend them. Make sure you ask for Chris. Thanks,

Went in there looking for a recliner on a Sunday. I called before hand and was told we could take it with us that day even though the wearhouse wasn't open. When we got there we found one we wanted and was told we couldn't take it that day. Rick talked to some people and we got to take the chair that day he even helped load it.

Great selection and extremely competitive pricing! "Fidelia" was the nicest and most knowledgeable Sales Representative I could have asked for. The store was quite busy, but she took the time to answer all of my questions, and even recommended some design and layout options that I hadn't thought of. My wife and I came here off a whim, and met Lisa our furniture/interior specialist! We explained that we were buying for the very first time for our new house, and she was very attentive and patient working with us! Gabriel was very accommodating and listened to what I liked and showed me all available options of the items I selected. The prices were far better than some of the other stores I had shopped. I was very satisfied and lots of great selection to choose from. I would definitely do business with Gabriel again. Great experience.

Lisa was wonderful! Helped me in a time sensitive situation to find exactly what I was looking for. Bed seems to be good quality. Only reason this was not a 5/5 was that the bed was missing anchors and we had to drive back to the distribution center to get it taken care of.
