Went there to pick up chair I had bought (live out of delivery zone) lady in office super nice. Gentleman who brought my chair out tried hardest to get in my car. Went back a week later same friendly lady another nice polite gentleman loading into my truck.

After having a wonderful experience a couple of years ago purchasing our living room furniture we decided to use them for our bedroom furniture purchase. I will never use them again. Pieces were missing and broken for one piece, the other was flat out gouged, cracked, and broken. It was in worse condition than most floor models. Waiting for a new one would take at least another month. My husband repaired it so it was usable & there were just cosmetic issues. After specifically asking what they could do to make it right they offered $50 discount. I could have gotten a dresser in better condition from Walmart. I've accepted the discount bc I feel like I don't have many other options, but I have zero intention of ever using them again or recommending them again.

Strange and unorganized bunch of folks at this place. Very confusing process to inspect furniture and then they try (horrible at best) to put it all back into the boxes, like trying to get the genie back into the bottle. Crazy ...

I went to the Ashley distribution center to dispute something about furniture i bought online. Both ladies who helped me were excellent conversationalist. They smile we joke around and got the information I was looking for.
