I had a unit from the previous owners. With it 3 months of the business being bought I was told that they were upping the prices to "market." My unit went from 95 to 165. I found out later that the 10 for insurance was added on with out me knowing, which is fine since the security there is nothing.The previous owners had charged a good deal of previous customers after they were gone, if you had an auto pay. So I went to my bank and fought it. I asked the new owners for some kind of email or documentation and was provided nothing. So that became a battle.I got ready to move out and took my card off auto pay on the site.Somehow my card was charged again and put back on auto pay. I moved my belongings out by the 6th. When I called to cancel I was told that they only prorated on the front end....not the back.I didnt have a problem with the last owners and I didnt consider trash talking them very professional. Although the new owners are friendly, it is their job and they should be....considering how much I paid.I do not recommend.

We moved last month and needed a couple storage units. We thought we needed 3 or 4 for an entire house of stuff but after talking with the manager he suggested that we only needed two large units. It's nice when someone is looking out for you and not just trying to make the most money that they can. We also got a month free on both units so that was an even bigger bonus! I guess new owners just purchased the place and are turning things around. Highly recommended!

I was going through some tough times and Partners really came through. I had specific needs and the staff was super helpful in accommodating. I needed to store my RV since I didn't have space for it at my new house since the divorce and easy way to pay online as my money to tied up in the courts right now. I was surprised at the varied sizes of units available and found the perfect one for my budget. I thought my marriage was safe and secure but it wasn't half as safe and secure as my unit. I won't take that for granted. Never again. And Jessica, I know you blocked me but I hope you are reading this. I'm sorry and I want you back.

I definitely would recommend partners self storage. I had them for a few months now and they have been amazing. I hate texting so I always call and Mr. Joey is always quick to call me back and answer any questions I have. Very respectful and lets you know how important I and my belongings are.

After a long trip, Partners Storage was exactly what I needed! The New Management Team is eager to please and we can tell they’re focused on improving the site. The Staff was extremely helpful with friendly customer service. Plenty of different size storage to choose from and we felt safe to park the RV there. I had to leave quickly so they made it super-easy to rent by paying online. Highly recommend!

This place is the best around! Extremely helpful staff, and a wide selection of sizes for different storage needs. It is under new management, and clearly they are making huge improvements to the place! It was easy to set up the rental and pay online, and the whole place is very secure, so I never had to worry about my stuff. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
