Once I realized that we wouldn't make it before closing, I reach out to customer service and the kind Woman contacted Dlyan the store manager. He personally called me to help figure everything out. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend this company. Unfortunately in today's world customer service has diminished, but Peninsula Mini Storage placed customer service to the forefront of their business.
