I recently booked a storage space and the movers was coming from another state with my belongings, but we arrived later than store business hours.
Once I realized that we wouldn't make it before closing, I reach out to customer service and the kind Woman contacted Dlyan the store manager. He personally called me to help figure everything out. I am EXTREMELY pleased with the customer service and would highly recommend this company. Unfortunately in today's world customer service has diminished, but Peninsula Mini Storage placed customer service to the forefront of their business. Thank you Dylan and the wonderful customer service rep Christina that contacted him to help.

It was our first time using self storage in Delaware. This process was very easy and Dylan was very flexible and easy to work with. We are very happy with the price and the explanation given on how we can gain access to our stuff at any time during their extended hours.

It was a fair rate and friendly customer service. However, I had to provide my own lock for the unit. Yet I was still charged the lock fee as if the company were providing it.

All was pleasant. Found online who was near me, clicked on them and a bunch of available units popped up with price and size. Found unit that would best fit my need reserved online few days prior to needing. Next day recieved a phone call from manager checking up how I would like to finish setting up my unit. Nice that I was just able to do everything online completely and unit was ready when I pulled up. Also nice to hear from the manager checking if everything was OK and if I needed anything or any questions, that to just call him. No complaints and A+ on customer service! Happy customer.

I called your company around 8:30 PM and the lady that helped me was fantastic. I called at 8:00 pm and she not only got me some additional space I got it that night and was able to move my stuff in before 10 PM. Your company saved me.

From start to finish it was easy. Hailey helped sign me up online and when getting to the unit everything was clean and in order. Even payment was easy.
