Randy and his team have provided me with consistently high quality and timely service. My home is less than 5 years old, but already I have had to replace the garage door opener motor and springs. Each time I was glad I turned to Expert over the company that installed the garage door for my builder. This past weekend I was unable to open my garage door and get my car out. I left a message over the weekend and Randy called back soon thereafter. He quickly diagnosed the cause of the problem (broken spring) and his crew arrived first thing today (Monday) to complete the work. They were done by 9:30am and my garage door is now working perfectly. Much appreciated!

What a great company. Had an issue with the garage door spring breaking and cable wires hanging. Was concerned if the door would jam up and not close. Called the company and the owner was very responsive. Came out the morning I called and fixed the problem. Amazing customer service with their responsiveness, knowledge and timeliness. Thank you for a job well done!!!

This guy is just the BEST. I forgot I had used him before when I had an issue with my garage door. I googled Garage Door Repair and Precision came up. I called them. They came out and for a spring to be repaired they quoted me $688 I called Randy and told him what happened and he quoted me a fair price, came out the next day and repaired my door. Seriously, this guy is the best in the business and on top of it personable, fair and does a great job.

Very fast, clean install.Explained all the operations and maintenance. Nice folks to deal with. The perfect finish to our garage and home. Highly recommend Expert Overhead Doors.

Great local company!! Randy showed up exactly on time, and was very professional- we had an issue with our door sensors and he fixed it quickly. What I really appreciated was how he very kindly explained in detail what the problem was and how we could fix it ourselves again if needed. Definitely recommend them! Friendly, kind to educate, and on time!!

Like to thank Randy for giving me the Pepsi challenge. When We were looking to replace our 39 year old garage doors. After trying to back our car through a closed door. We put out bids with the top four garage door companies. When we contacted Expert Overhead Doors. Randy made a way to come the same day that I call him. Gave us the new doors replacement price. Showed us samples of his doors. Then explained the operations and function of his doors. Showed us of the upgrades he could offer us. That’s when he gave me the Pepsi challenge Said he would put his doors against any of the other companies. That showed me he has integrity and believed in his product. We agreed to go with Expert Overhead Doors..In three weeks we had our doors installed. Great installation crew. Fast ..and respectable for our home and very courteous. We were having a problem with our garage door and a company, that our Home Shield Insurance sent out, said we needed a new door and that our door was “very hazardous “ and disconnected it from the opener. We called Randy from Expert Doors for a second opinion and he came within 2 work days, was very professional and checked out our door. 15 minutes later, our door was working! He said he just adjusted the springs and that we should probablly consider getting a new door but did not need to rush.There was no charge for his free estimate. He is an honest business man who says he likes to treat people with respect and integrity. We highly recommend this company !Cyndy and Bob H.Bayside

This company goes above and beyond!! The cable on my garage door broke and I couldn't get my car out. Called Randy and he and his people were busy so they had someone else come out to help me within 3 hours!! Can't thank you enough for that!
