No contact. After several days emailed and was advised item was already sold and listing not removed from stock. Claim filed with PayPal for refund. Would never attempt to order something from this place again.

I will never buy another thing from this store. I ordered a item online and the owner sent me an email telling me that he forgot to take that item off of his site because they were out of stock. He said he would refund me by a check even though I paid through PayPal. I sent him an email back asking if he could send the refund back through PayPal. No response. Let it go a couple days and asked again, no response. Couple days later I get this ATM PIN number with no card in the mail. Really? I could not get my refund back unless I had the card. Today I was refunded by PayPal. Beware of this guy, he should not be in business. Sorry Fred your not worth my time.

very nice store, call before arriving. they have brands such as bachmann,walthers,atlas,bowser,rapido,broadway limited imports,accurail,woodlandsenics, among others. if your into trains specifically ho scale you must visit.
