One of my favorite wawas and today just made it more so.
The line was getting long as one of the cashiers was due for break. (Jenifer)
As she was leaving for break she turned around after seeing the line to help out.
Amazing team work and great customer service!

Been a long time since I felt this unwelcome at a wawa got screamed.at.by an employee and called a homeless Bum while charging my phone and waiting for a ride. COMPLETLY unacceptable. Wawa has gone so far down hill in quality and customer service it is ridiculous!

Probably the most unserious Wawa I’ve ever been to. The cashier looked like she was high on serious drugs. Instead of scanning my items she zoned out for 10 seconds staring down at the ground. Also almost every time I go to this Wawa I witness someone stealing

Probably the worst Wawa out there. Feels like every other time I go there is someone asking for money at the door or coming up to me while I’m getting gas. Then there’s the service. Lady took literally 5 minutes to make my salad today and managed to forget to give me dressing, she was too focused on talking with her coworker.

So upset I parked near the door only for them to be locked and blocked with a cone! Had to walk all the way around I was not feeling well. When I asked the guard why he said extra security... Makes absolutely no sense at all. Very inconvenient. Smh. Remove the doors then I never heard of that at any location.

Beach Wawa has a high standards for quality food service and atmosphere. I've never been disappointed at a Wawa store.

I'm new to the area, and visited your location on 4/6 in the evening. The back door was locked and a lot of customers assumed that you were closed. Now my reason for two stars is because of the rude lady that prepared a horrible poorly prepared pizza for me had a very nasty attitude. I've never seen a mannerism like that in customer service. She kept rolling her eyes up in her head, she was very irritated and had no patience. And she did not follow directions on my pizza topping. I'll never visit this location again!

I ordered a whole pizza online today at around 5:30pm on 2/2/2024 and when I got there around 5:35 it was not a whole pizza. Wawa website must not have updated and so instead of two whole pizzas it was two personal pizzas. I explained to the employee this is not what online said it said two 14inch pizzas. The manager , Dalton, came over and was amazing! I don’t think I’ve ever had such good customer service before ANYWHERE. I swear to god I’m so impressed with him that I felt obligated to leave a review. The security guard there at the time was so amazing and helpful as well. Another employee , a young man with light hair in a low ponytail was also amazing. But Dalton, dalton was hands the most personable and kind employee I’ve ever dealt with!!! Thank you dalton!!!!
