Ivy Rehab is a terrific Rehab facility. The therapists treat you like you are the most important patient they have. I received top notch care and will refer my friends and family to this great team of professionals.

The team at Ivy Rehab—Claymont is a well-oiled machine. Fannya runs a tight ship which, in turn, produces an atmosphere of professionalism and respect. People who use their services are treated very nicely during the duration of their healing process, and the results will exceed any and all expectations, at least that was the case for me. Though I'm glad to have been cleared to return to work after a traumatic injury, I miss going already. (I never thought I would say that about a physical therapy clinic, but here we are.)

If I could give a 10 star review, I would. Initially, I chose Ivy due to the proximity to my home. After coming for PT, on several occasions, I now know that I would travel to see them, regardless if distance. The atmosphere is friendly, caring, and professional. I am not easily impressed, but they exceeded any and all of my expectations. Trust me, I set the bar high and they cleared it…big time.Fannya and her staff are the perfect blend of expertise and experience. Did I mention that I am not easily impressed? Yet, here I am…IMPRESSED!!!!

This is the first time I experienced PT with a warm and caring team. They educate you on why each exercise is important to getting you back or close to your baseline of activity and genuinely care about your success. You, as a patient, interact with every Ivy Rehab Claymont team member. I had never experienced that before. Because of the before mentioned and their expertise, I actually enjoyed my PT and completed the program. I strongly suggest, if you need PT, go to Ivy Rehab Claymont. They are truly a great group of people who truly care about you as a person.

While 4 seems low it is impossible to give a full 5 stars.5 starsIntake and evaluation. The court of therapy began with a thorough exploration of responses to various treaatment.Unfortunately the patient experienced pain level of 7 under some motions. The patient sought medical amelioration. A plausible treatment was tried but did not relieve symptoms.1 star One session was given to a therapist who had no experience with the patient. A quick j*** of the arm immediate led to a sharp pain of ~8 level. The therapist also suggested an exercise which if the patient had been able to do they would not be need the physical therapy.4 stars Neck braceA neck brace was recommended. A local supplier was unable to provide one and recommended a standard model. While this was consider OK at Ivy, the patient raised an objection. The patient consulted with another medical professional. They did not think the patient's concern was serious they did find another possible problem from the use of the brace. Professionals at a hospital in Philadelphia found the brace inadequate in their work on AlS patients. Attempts at improvement were on hold.Ivy never asked further about these findings.Another medical treatment relieved the pian and therapy continued with Ryan.5 Treatment with RyanRyan was excellent at explaining each exercise and making sure that it wa being done satisfactorily. He adopted a whole body approach that could help with the major problem. The program was systematic although some of the steps did not appear fully ordered (timing and choice of weights).Ryan indicated repeatedly that progress would be slow.4 The promise of slow progress continued until a week before termination. With no forewarning, Ryan said that functionality could not be achieve and physical therapy was terminated (by health insurance). An overview of exercises with videos for home use was not received.Ratings5 Physical therapy exercises (with single exception).4 Communication with patient.

I highly recommend Ivy Rehab to anyone requiring physical therapy after an injury. They communicate very well and are extremely accomodating. They also take their time and inform you about the injury you have suffered, the treatment plan necessary for rehabilitation, and continuous updates on your improvement. Their approach to physical therapy is thorough, sincere, and extremely beneficial to those require short or long term care. Thank you Ivy Rehab for getting me back to optimal health.

Professional rehab/PT staff. Fannya is excellent at diagnosing and performing the care necessary to work through the need for the PT. Highly recommend this rehabilitation facility and the entire staff. I was recommended to this center by my Chiropractor, Dr Karen Feeney.

I was referred to the Ivy Rehab by Trinity Medical because I was in intense pain from a bulging disk. Since starting treatment, the pain has subsided significantly, I am able to sleep and no longer need a walker to move around.

The staff at Ivy are phenomenal! Every treatment is explained and the therapists listen to what their patient has to say. They are prompt with their reports to the doctors and the insurance companies and always strongly advocate for the patient and their needs. I will highly recommend Ivy to anyone needing physical therapy.

I came to Ivy Rehab with the aches and pains and stiffness acquired from several years of auto immune diseases. I was bent over and in constant pain. Since I have so many pills to depend on I didn’t want to use anymore. Through physical therapy I am surprised how I am getting my flexibility and strength back, but not perfectly. I know that I will always continue to have to rely on guidance and knowledgeable staff to guide my muscles and joints so that they can move more easily. I know that my body will continue to deteriorate as time goes on. However physical therapy keeps me active for a longer time. When I move more easily my mind I is Freer and my spirits are more positive. I appreciate the help that I am receiving. If I could be given a schedule or a staff member assigned to me from the start, I won’t feel so confused. Or is that my lupus talking? I am open to any suggestion that the staff has to improve balance. Every encouraging word lifts me high. Thank you.
