I had shipped a package to another country and it took forever for the it to pass through French customs. The cdg open my package and stolen an item from it . I filed a complaint with FedEx because I had the insurance in turn FedEx told me to file it with global express … I sent countless of emails trying to resolve my issues sending emails because they don’t want to give out their number only email address…. No one ever contacted me to resolve the issue…. It’s like they’re are trying to satisfy customer issues stay away from 3rd part customers !!!!

THE STAFF AT THIS SHIPPING CENTER ARE CROOKS. I have a mailbox with them and I had an expensive shipment delivered to me with tracking by Fedex showing it was delivered to the correct address but they claim they never got the package. After investigating with Fedex - they were able to confirm once again that it was delivered to the right address. STAY AWAY UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND HAVING YOUR PACKAGES STOLEN.

Horrific. I asked for the fastest way to get a document to Ireland and was promised a delivery by date. Several days have passed since the promised delivery date and the package still hasn’t been delivered. I am so upset as we relied on their expertise and promise. This delay will cost us so much money as our passport won’t be ready in time. They are not experts in global express!

Have been using this shop for over 2 years now but unfortunately it has to stop when the rude worker became BOSSY too “ The short dark skin Latin male with prescription glasses, who is most of time there”. I have been dealing with his attitude for a while now, I tried to let things go and blame it on a person just having a bad day, but this guy has such an audacity, it just makes me baffled. Fist of all this worker never greeted me once nor thank me once when I left the store, from the 1000 of times I went to this there, he never acknowledge my presence. He Always takes a while to help you, which is sometimes understandable, but he never told me once to wait a bit, or to come to the register…. I have to figure it out yourself. If he is in “good mood” he would BECKON me using his INDEX FINGER to come to the register, again without saying a word, the audacity of this **** ( like he is calling domestic animals as cows or dogs, surely NOT humans). I let it go few times due to this access point being convenient for FedEx & UPS dropoffs. Things got worst with guy, as he started to order me to put boxes away, like I work for the sucker!!! (this is the only time I heard him speaking, only when he needs something I guess). When I refused to put the boxes away, his answer was that it was my job to so and told me to leave the store. If this was my job and this is the norm?! Why UPS/FedEx stores never told me to do so?! I guess this guy knows better than these big corporations ?. He got me so worked up, and I guess with all the build from his nasty behavior. This guy should not be in the customer service of ANY business whatsoever, he lacks so many skills, he lacks so many things to list in this review. This guy needs to work a different job!!! I don’t understand how the owner is letting this guy hurt his business?! This is for Mr. Owner, you need to get better workers!!! BTW the young workers that are sometimes there are AWESOME, never had a problem once with any of them. Also one older man ( I believe he is the owner) that he is sometimes there too, he is very nice and respectful too. It is just this guy that is a BIG PIECE of WORK!!!!

Person at counter would not let me pick up my UPS package, had to contact UPS support to have them attempt to ship it to me again. Shame.

Be careful if your printing from email at this place as the email address they used spelled shiped with 1 P so I just sent sensitive documents to the wrong email address. Very frustrating!

I'm an older woman who is not familiar with the computer. I needed a shipping label in order to mail a package back. The owner (I assume it was the owner) couldn't have been any nicer to me. He tried to walk me through the process of getting the label and even printed one out for me. Global Express will be my only stop for all my mailing and shipping needs.
