Purchased a Robotron 2084 off Ebay from them. Had a slight issue and called. They walked me thru an extrememly minor repair and probllem resoved. Probably the best cutomer service i have ever had from an ebay purchase. In fact, almost anywhere. Thank you!

Love my new Donkey Kong machine! Spoke to Charles before purchase and he answered all of my questions, also helped me get my thoughts together as to what kind of options I wanted on my machine. Received a call 2 days later and my machine was completed and ready to go. Looks great and plays great!
