The hours are catered to working people, and the drive-thru is helpful for those who may not be physically able to always walk inside to the pharmacy counter. However, the medications are often not ready in a timely manner, and you end up having to return for pick-up, which is not always convenient. There is also not always an explanation offered or options explained when a prescribed medication is out of stock, which can be challenging, especially for a critical medical condition.
