I have gone here for 15 years, always deal with the same guy and always am taken care of quickly at a great price for stellar work! I never feel like they take advantage, he’s straight up and honest. They have helped with 3-4 cars of mine and never an issue.

Bought a car back in July and three of the tires were basically new. Now they have worn down a little bit and putting a brand new matching tire on where there was a one-off brand on the rear would’ve been a mess for the transmission.
I was able to find a shaved exact match tire to the three newer ones that I had. Pep boys down the road refused to mount it because it would “ruin my transmission” the whole point of me getting this tire was to NOT damage my trans as the mismatched tire had very little tread and the new one was the proper tire. The guy at pep boys didn’t get it. I left there in a huff.
Came to 3Js and they understood what I was doing to keep my differentials, transfer case and trans in good shape. Brought it in, they did it on the spot. Reasonable price and was out in 15 mins. On a Saturday! When I need tire work done I will be returning.
Note to add: 3Js is no frills, straight to the point and reasonable. The employees were very nice and did nice work. I am very happy.

I have been dealing with 3J's for many years. I have mostly dealt with the Aston store but since moving to Delaware I have been using this store. Allways good service and prices. Great people to deal with.

So I went in there to get tires for my car only to find out they didn't have a lower brand so I had to buy the top notch Tire. Only the Good Tires were there expensive. I wish I would have went to Ron's tires before there! Oh well live and learn

These guys are a bunch of shade tree mechanics that charge way too much money to half do work. I'll never trust them to do anything else to my vehicle. Horrible.

The rudest customer service ever! I've been a customer for several years and suffered through the horrendous customer service because they were cheaper than other places. Whoever the person is who always answers the phone is truly unpleasant and acts like you are bothering him. No more. I would not recommend this place.
