Awful customer service. Terrible experience. There used to be several dressing rooms with an attendant moving everyone along at one time. Now there are barely 3 dressing rooms, no attendant, no limit on how much you can take in and 30+ minute wait times. There is no one to help you on the sales floor and good luck trying to check out.

I love HM the sizing of their clothes always fit me great and there is usual a variety and some type of sale. Loved that they carried some longer skirts for girls almost every store now has only short skirts for little girls.

I was expecting a better selection of mens clothing, however I left disappointed. Why do all H&M stores cater 80% for women?Store was well lit an laid out, But nothing there for me.

The remodel is more open, and sort of nice. The problem is that this store is now HUGE, and yet only has 3 fitting rooms, for men and women combined. I mean like, only 3 stalls for people to try clothes on. I stood in line for 15 minutes to try on 1 pair of pants! Then, at checkout, they have 2 people on the cash registers. So that was another almost 20 minutes. I will avoid this store in the future for sure.

Always a great place to get what u need. No matter the event. Definitely recommend trying them out before you go into a high end place.

They remodeled the store, and the prices aren’t too crazy. The line was very long and with one cashier and the fitting rooms were all occupied. Their selection for women’s clothes wasn’t great…it was too basic for the prices of one tee and some jeans. Aside from the store remodeled nothing really changed for the H&M brand.
