Very poor customer service. I asked the woman in the jewelry department to see a necklace I was going to get my mom for Mother's Day and she refused to let me look at it. Then I asked the woman in the misses department for assistance and she just looked at me and rolled her eyes. Needless to say, I didn't purchase anything because of these instances and I won't be going back to this location.

Please add carts where we can sit our toddlers on! This is not very family friendly, if I cannot shop with my 1 year old since I cannot sit him in the basket! ?

Went to a register on 2nd floor the lady refuse to help us send us to another register person to help with our gov. Service discount instead of being patience with us then as i was walking back her way she turn her back toward me so i kept on walking out the door and let my husband buy our items at the customer service

Boscov's is wonderful, product selections for everyone, Boscov's Christiana is exceptionally great, the employees are very helpful, and you can tell they enjoy working there. Kitchen department offerings are extensive, holiday items generally throughout the store. I like the men's furnishings, shoes, sports gear, and don't forget Asher's candy, some of the best around. My favorite department store.
